I'm tired of all the bullshit of letting my daily activities and social events get in the way of what makes my happy....training, growing. thats right it time for tunnel vision my friends. no more going out, no more missing meals, fuck, no more late night pussy. its time to put on some serious mass. just wanted to let yall know i was unhappy and the transistion started now. wish me luck and dedication. of course, ill still roam the boards...
 
Good luck..... but to give up late night pussy? Sounds a little extreme, but hey if it is your goal and if you think it will hinder it, more power to you.

yeah the pussy thing might have been overboard, but yall get me wired up on this board. really though its time for some changes. ive been in the game for about five years and i can honestly say i havent put 100% into it the last year which makes no sense at all. ive got pretty good genetics and just want to take it to the next level and maybe to a show next year. later

i will post current pics soon, im sitting at 5'6 200lbs @ around 8% body fat. not to bad of shape. when i first singned on with elite i was around 165.
 
The tunnel vision has its advantages. I havn't touched any rec drugs or alcohol since I started my cycle. It's only been a little over a week but thats good for me. I feel great. Training hard every morning and working at night with a good sleep. I'm already beginning to swell up...

yeah im about to switch my routine to am workouts and going to get to sleep around 11 pm. im sure this change is needed. if i dont constantly change my routines my gains suffer. am workouts have its advantages. l like consuming atleast two good meals after a workout, but when you get done at 11 pm, its really fucking hard.

you'll make much better gains if you focus 110% on your goals.

late night pussy is a definite culprit. you're up til 3a.m and then youre forced into sharing your bed with her for the night. i dont know about you but i lose quality sleep when a skank is in my bed.

so the next day you're all beat up and tired. fuck that shit.
 
Give up the boards and keep the pussy. Seriously, I was wasting too much time on the computer last year. Took 4 months off to get re-focused.
 
I've been this way for the last 3 1/2 years...out about 1 year with a back injury but in that time went from 155 - 230 and leaner :D

I know its hard, but your doing the right thing for your goals, I know all to well how distractions can fuck up your gains. Especially the drinking and late nights. I understand it all but the pussy, if I tried to tell my wife no when she knows how I get when im on she would assume I was getting it elsewhere.

hey, i appreciate ya'll it gives me motivation. i will post some current pics soon. sometimes you have to sacrifice shit ya know what mean. oh well, its been a dream of mine to do a show and now im ready. later.
 
Hear where you are coming from. All winter with the cold weather and snow, i basically hibernated and focused on working out hardcore. Now with the nice weather breaking the past couple months, i've been going out. My friends are damn, you got big since we last saw you since October....Hard work paid off.

Only gripe i have now is when the weekend comes, my diet is way off. Don't get to eat as much on the weekend. Usually, protein is down to 200 g/day vs 250 g during the week. Running around here/there takes its toll on eating. At least during the week , i'm stuff at the office for 8 hrs and can eat all i want...
 
ahhhhh....having no life and chomping at the bit to get out of the girls house to go drink something or train. telling your friends no to going out. doing nothing but train/eat/supplement. welcome to being a jedi. lol. :D
