That's it bro. The most under-rated supplement out there. It is a must on high protien diets. I was disgusting until I started taking 1 cap with every meal, all the problems went away.

I get mine in 1500mg caps from DPS ... cheap. It also is supposed to help with absorbtion, so not only does my gas go away - but it should help my mass.
