I'm 6'4 was 132 I'm up to 153 and I'm in search of knowledge/help

Okay I'm sure I have not done enough research to make very one happy I do read and if j knew where to start I would gladly do my homework and like the title says I'm not here to be called dumb or any other name I'm openly admitting I am here to seek knowledge anyway here is my dilemma I started seriously hitting the gym. 2 months ago I'm 20 about to be 21 I'm 6'4 and when I started lifting I weighed 132 and sadly that's the biggest I had been before I made up my mind I was going to put on weight I got a membership to the gym some whey protein some creatine a test booster and I got to 147 I have been watching what I eat and eating plenty of meals (if I think I may get hungry I go eat) my family owns two resturaunts I've never had a eating problem I did not play high school sports however I'm pretty dang good at basketball my sport of choice is rodeo and I've never had the need to be in shape to succeed at that I'm getting in shape and wanting to get bigger for my own self esteem I'm the kinda person who does rush things...recently I was given 20 capsules of quad stack by nags I read that it's some stout shit so I went and got some milk thistle I take less than the recommended amount which is 3 capsules daily I've been taking it for a week and a half and I've finally gotten past 147 I jumped to 153 (my current weight) I want to be 160 by June 20th today is may 18th and I would love to be 185 by December I don't know my body fat but I'd say it's less than 5% I am looking for a steroid that will add mass and strength that will stick with me even during the off time after the cycle preferably a capsule but I'm not opposed to injections I was thinking a dbol stacked with Winnie v cycle suggestions and knowledge are what I'm after and forgive me if I don't know the answer to every question that's asked I will try my damnedest to find a answer thanks in advance Lankyman out

You are gonna be told you are totally not ready for AAS, first off you are too skinny. At 6'4 you should be at 200lbs or more. AAS is not going to help you at all and only fk you up. besides you are too young to be given advice, miminum age is 21.

Sorry to sound like an ass but you have no idea what you are doing and the members here are going to tell you that you need the
basics which is FOOD and time, i mean my god your not even 21. You have so much natural test in you right now ffs.

a few things... first, we don't give advice to anyone under 21 and so that says you haven't read shit here because that's very obvious as its rule #1... 2nd you are about 80 pounds underweight, maybe even more... there is NOTHING you need but food man... you have to look fucking dead to be 6'4" and that small of weight, i mean fucking dead man... so if anything, get yourself some n2bulk, keep taking creatine and just eat and eat and eat... don't ask anymore questions about steroids period or your time here will be over just as quick as it started...
 
The simple answer is that you need a lot more time put in the gym 2months isn't enough..

Try 5years of training and eating

You are still very underweight for your height and if you can't put on more weight with just food then you won't with steroids..

Steroids aren't a short cut and are very serious..

At 6'4 you should prob weight around 200+lbs before considering steroids.. and I very much doubt you are 5% bf

I hope I don't come across as rude but you simply aren't ready and won't be for at least 3 years of proper training and diet..

somehow i missed the part about you only training for 2 months... 2 fucking months?? bro come on man... seriously... you need to be in the gym for YEARS until you consider doing anything like... YEARS... get yourself on a steady routine and get your diet right and in about 3 years look into something... until then, trust me on this, stay away from all this...

Agreed, I put a good 10 yrs into building my frame, people don't realize the better the foundation the better steroids will work- ever hear of muscle memory?
 
I'm not knowledgable about PCT but DUDE QUAD STACK IS 4 PROHORMONES!!! YOU NEED TO GET OFF THAT RIGHT NOW (for those on the forum its DMZ, M-LMG, superdrol n halodrol.

Also, OP I'm sure there's a handful of people on here that will help you with developing a solid routine and proper diet (or use 1 of the many proven programs--BUT STICK TO IT FOR A WHILE).
 
eat big, lift big, and sleep big. and you will be 200 soon.

you don't need hormones nor should you mess with them already and become dependent on them to gain.... cause i guarantee you when you come off of then you will lose it all cause you won't want to lift anymore and you will quit.

start a pct
buy 'starting strength'
buy a gallon of WHOLE milk a day
eat like a horse
train like you life depends on it.

the weight/muscle will come easily
 
Eat.... I'm skinny I'm 6 2 and 13 stone. I was 11 stone a year ago and that's without any roids etc. Just pile it in... It's the only way
 
I got Fkd off kinda like I figured I would you all know more than me and if this many people say chill on the pro hormones I will that's done and settled like I said my family owns two restaurants I eat 4 meals a day and snack in between those and my BF is not more than 6% you cannot find fat on me I've always been thin I don't have a large frame I don't think I'm supposed to get to be 200 personally I think that would be too much 185 or 190 is where I wanna be...I also would like to apologize for coming in here like I did after such little training time..on another note the reason everyone says stop is because pro hormone is shutting down my natural hormone production? If supplements are all I need to prevent some of the negative side effects I would gladly do that is d Bol a better option? (once of age) I can go forum to forum read this and that and put a cycle together but why is 20 too young? Just questions not trying to go against the forum I don't want to be flamed just wondering

Hey good job. Its releiving to have someone take the advice and not storm off and shoot up anyway. Yes research, research and the research on this board while staying natty and you will be big and ready for aas before u know it

Head over to the diet section and post a thread explaining your short term and long term goals then go over to the bodybuilding section and ask RADAR, ceo or one of the many other knowledgeable guys to help you putting a routine together.

You have "new muscle" if you want to add 20lbs by the end of the year you can easily do it without hurting with your body. Your body is producing everything it needs right now - chemicals will only halt your natural production.

I also suggest starting a log on here so people can follow along and help you when it's needed. This is a great community for people looking to be the best they can while being smart about it.

Preciate it I was seeing good results before the quad stack but like I said I'm impatient I was having self esteem issues I have a swimming pool in my backyard i wouldn't even swim in cause I didn't like my body the protein is doing wonders I had only been taking the quad stack for 10 days and I had gained another 4 pounds instant gratification was what I was after and I do realize that building your body is not something that just happens its just tough catching flack from average size guys around town even tho I'd beat the shit out of them regardless of my weight lol and it doesn't help that my girlfriend/baby momma is a 10 that tops every other female in my small town I want to be better for me but I want to be better for her but I guess these are all the wrong reasons for attempting something I hadn't done enough reading on thanks for not being "too tough" on me guys just in a hurry thats all
 
Like everyone has said...it all comes down to food.

4 meals a day isn't enough. Double that.

Go buy a gallon of whole milk, 1 box of hamburger helper, 3 lbs of hamburger...and eat it every single day. It is a start.

What you're taking is not a test booster, get that out of your head. It's a pro hormone or otherwise known as a pro steroid or legal at the moment steroid. So yes it's shutting your natural production down.

More food, more training, two BIG BLASTS a day -- repeat until you're 200 pounds. My estimation if you're consistent -- 4 months.
 
I try but my work schedule is so messed up Its hard to get a good routine going earlier post in this thread stated I can get no advice until I'm 21 I've got like 5months until I'm of age to receive advice I guess I don't mind giving up the PH but I'd like to start a beginner cycle like 500mg test e 250mg twice a week 12 weeks with 20mg of Nolva daily just to be on the safe side I wouldn't think of starting that until I had the complete set up pct and everything in hand ready to go and I guess a test booster for pct as well right? What am I looking at spending? That's really the only question I'm asking is a dollar figure
 
FOOD not DRUGS will get you to where you want. I'm 6'1 182 and feel small as fck, can't imagine what you looked like at 132..
 
dude, no matter how small your frame is, you can get to 200 lbs naturally. You are a f-in giant man!!!! 6'4? dayum, you should be in the circus or something. lmao just playin bro. But you are really tall, I hit 205 at 5'11 taking nothing but food and a protein shake literally a couple times a month if I was lucky. 200 lbs at 6'4'' is still pretty damn small in my opinion. Now if you dont WANT to be 200, thats one thing, but your body is capable of holding that much weight FOR SURE, NATURALLY.

I think herbal "test boosters" would be ok for you to run. You really dont want to be messing with your hormones at this age tho, mainly because your natural test levels are already really high, and at 20 years old, your body is still maturing and going through hormonal changes as it is, so its a really bad time to be messing with that shit.


I had a friend who ran a "Prohormone" when he 19-20 years old. He didnt know what he was doing, and eventually had to have surgery to remove THE BREAST TISSUE(gyno) that grew as a result of his use.

I know you wanna be big and look good for your girl. But im sure she doesnt want you to have a nice little set of titties as well. It looks nasty bro. You dont want that shit. And its very possible.

There is no reason for you to mess with any form of AAS til you have been working out for a couple years at least bro. Youve only been hitting the weights for a few months. Give it some time, I think you could hit around 200 in the next couple months, IF YOU EAT EAT EAT.

and forget about Dbol bro. Its not for you at this time, and NO, its not a better option. Food, food and more food.

Brother, impatience will lead to failure, Learn to Train ,it's not just going thru the movement, you have to use good form and "FEEL" the muscle being worked.
If you want to succeed you will plan your meals the night before, heck sometimes i will cook a whole weeks worth of food so all i have to do is throw it in the microwave to warm.
You need to be consuming food every 2-3 hrs with at least 7 servings a day, No Excuses, to succeed you got to pay your dues just like everyone else, Remember Rome wasn't built in a day. No amount of steroids will replace what i have just said.

You'll be alot happier if you gain the weight naturally and get up to 200lbs. Once you get there and hit a cycle you will be huge.

Its only a matter of time to gain that weight and trust me it will be worth the wait.

Well ifi get to 200 natty then there won't be a need for a cycle I would prolly decide to then cut instead of bulk I like the lean look more than the bulk my goal is to not be huge just a good medium build which I'm sure I can accomplish by eating and training and just out of curiosity what stops gyno?

You don't need to worry about what stops gyno because if you follow our advice you won't be using any supplementation that can cause gyno. Check out the diet section and start your journey bro!

Point taken like I said I was just wondering I started this whole eat big lift big deal today woke up lifted 1hour 15 min protein shake 5 scram eggs and 2 pancakes that was 2 hours ago about to go dunk on some people at the bball court come home and kill the rest of this salmon from last night

I'm sure you can get to 200lbs no problem natty! You have the size for it.

I have similar goals as you do, I'm not looking to become bodybuilder huge, just looking to solidify the muscle I already have. Im happy at 180-185 (currently 180 only 5'9")

I'm at my target weight that I would like to be I just want to get that hard vascular look that I know I need gear to accomplish, i've dieted like a mofo and just can't get vascular like I want to be.

So if you get to 200 doesn't mean you can't hit the gear, cause you can still maintain that 200lbs and just hit a stack that would help you cut down some bf and get rock hard.

Thats why I'm hitting var/test.

Eithor way if you put your head down and grind away you can get to your goals natty or juiced up like the rest of us. :supercool
 
Yea I'm just gonna stuff my face with carbs cals and protein and continue training I've been seeing results natty so it shouldn't be to tough and I have very little BF I have a defined 6 pack almost 8 if you tried to pinch me...it's not happening
 
I'm just like you when I started training, except I'm a lot shorter lol.

I use to weigh close to 140 when i finished high school, just a scrawny lil bastard.
I've always played sports but no matter what I couldn't gain weight and then one day I was told to eat, eat and eat. I was always worried about getting fat but as long as you eat clean you'll get great results.

i like your training and advice, but that is rubbish...
i dont believe this at all... there is a 205 class at the mr. olympia... these are guys my height or shorter (im 5'5)that run heavy ass cycles year long, im guessing they would be like 170-185 max natty...
