I'm 29, 5'6 and 105lbs, time for dbol??

Bro...if this really is serious, I apologize...although I really don't see how it's possible to not be able to get over 105.

There is no way you should be able to eat a normal diet and be that small...Just eat. Don't eat like a regular person, you need to EAT. Just sit home for like a week straight and eat everything in sight...not cookies, and happy meals. Eat steak, chicken, rice, pasta, eggs, tuna, etc. And wash it all down with milk and protein shakes.

At that weight, you should be able to put on 10 pounds in a month.

If you try your hardest and still can't get over 105...get your ass to the ER.
 
i would go to the diet board and find out a good way to supply the protien you need... i know when i am juicing i go through a shit load of eggs, chicken breast, and steaks....beans are a pretty good and cheap source too...
 
There is some good advice. It comes down to Serious dedication, it has to be the first thing on your list after job and family. You need to double your calories and they DO NOT need to be clean! You need a total of 5 days in the gym, no cardio and heavy lifting get good rest and if your not growing after that give up.

I don't know how old you are, but it was people like you that created and made all those regular joe blow's kids into monster and these crazy kids decided to start shooting people randomly at school...

I am 5'5" and was 120 pounds when I graduated, so I can feel your pain bro. I am naturally a very small person. I had to bust my ass in the gym and eat, eat and rest to get up to a lean 175 pounds. I'm not huge but have decent size. As radar and other bros said, you need to stuff your face with food. I recomend at least 1.5 grams of protein per lbm body weight. And almost as important EAT THOSE CARBS. If there is nothing wrong with you medicaly, I would shoot for at least 3500 - 4000 calories consumed per day. As far a anabolics, I would hold off for now if I was you. Give you new diet time to work. If in another 2 months of hard training and eating you are still small, then go the steroid route. I recomend a small dose of test. About 200 - 400 mg per week for 12 weeks. Don't forget that pct or you'll be right back where you started. Good luck my man.
 
A dude that small is a text book ectomorph. You need to go to a doctor. I don't think any amount of eating will solve this problem. You most likely have an overactive thyroid, and you need to slow that shit down. Go to a doctor and ask for advice.

I've been told by my colleague that I'm having some thyroid issue as well, I'll make a doctor appointment when I get home next week, and see if there's anything they can do to fix this shit, have health insurance so I might as well use it, but what kind of doctor should I look for?
As for Diet, I know those were junk foods that I ate yesterday, just trying to show you guys what kind of junk I have been eating AFTER I stopped working out at the gym year ago with a completely different diet program I was on and still not able to store any fat, theoretically I should be able to gain atleast some fat with junks like that, put the exact same diet onto any other regular schmuck out there and I'm willing to bet you anything that they WILL pick up atleast 10lbs of fat in couple months. I haven't do much activity or exercise so I have no idea where the hell did the calories went, my bet is they were being shit and pee right out. When I get my skinny ass back to gym next time I am NOT going back with just diet alone, I had already mentioned many many times that all those protein shakes, amino acid tabs, energy bars, 10 egg-whites per day, and all those craps did absolutely nothing to me, it's senseless to go through the exact same craps all over again while I'd already know what the outcome will be in a year. What is the worst that can possibly happen when I start juicing? liver and kidney failure and died, big fucking deal. Being die-hard doesn't necessary mean being stupid, that's why I'm trying to learn how to minimize the damage and side effects from it before I start using this stuff, and take the least amount with maximum gain I can get from it, along with diet(not like those I ate yesterday) and work out of course.
At any rate, I'll give the doctor a shot first and see if they could help, I've read that doctor often give oxandrin to patients like HIV and those after major surgery to gain their weight back, but thost stuff are bloody expensive!!
 
Hey Ben, I just turned 30 and for all of my life I could never get past 130lbs. A year ago I weighed 120-125lbs and even though I had worked out for most of my life I was a solid 125lbs. I went to the doctor and It came down to having to much stress and not eating properly.

I gained 60lbs in about 7 months without any type of roids, I am now on a cycle but I know from experience that it can be done without them.

First off your diet is all wrong with WAY to much caffeine!!

8:30am - 1 cup of full milk along with a bowl of cereal, and a banana.(more protein is needed)

10:00am - a bun with beef stuffing and a can of coke.(no soda and need some veggies or fruit for fiber.) (fiber slows the breakdown of protein)

12:30pm - Mcdonald big mac meal(medium size), and about 3 fry dumblings. (mcdonalds and greasy foods will not give you the gains you desire from the lack of nutritional value.)

3:10pm - 1 cup of milk and about 4 home-made chocolate chips cookies.( you need protien and carbs, get rid of the cookies)

6:20pm - went to Olive Garden with wife and daughter, had a plate of stuffed mushrooms, salads, and Seafood alfredo, along with a glass of coke.(WAY MORE PROTEIN! and lose the coke, where is all of the water you are pissing out all of your water weight from this high caffeine diet!!)

9:45pm - about 5 fry dumblings I bought from local restaurant and another 12oz bottle of coke.(BAH!!)

10:30pm - shared a bag of pop corns (Your not going to get big on popcorn)with my wife while we watch some tv before going to bedw on a cycle but I know from experience that it can be done without them.

I am not a nutritionist but it is obvious that you need one. You are not eating properly and not drinking enough water. I drink about a gallon of water a day. Get off of the high caffeine diet and you are nowhere near the carbs and protien in which you need.

I am now 5'5" at 205lbs and have have only been lifting and eating properly for a year now and to be completly honest i have only taken one shot(yes 1 shot and not bottle) of test-suspension and one shot of dbol.
 
If the doctor doesn't find a major disease, just fucking eat. It's not that complicated...the more you eat, the more weight you gain. You don't need drugs (barring a medical problem).

Hit the gym, try to gain whatever weight you can, and try going to an MMA place in your area...maybe you can be like on of those little chinese guys that can kick ass.
