I'm 29, 5'6 and 105lbs, time for dbol??

L9ike the rest say.... Food Food Food. Make sure the protein content is high though. Head for 200grams a day. Dont count carbs!

If you dont listen to the advise we give and you do the gear , Dbol would be a big mistake you would balloon and loose.
A long acting anabolic would be far more sensible but as i and the rest said , you aint near ready.
 
this thread is a hoax, you can smell these a mile away! vertan808, newguy88,ben805....all these have too much simalarity..

at those stats you either have a severe wasting disease or really sick..

I know what you are talking about......I believe that you tried everything to put on some mass....don't listen to those who says eat eat eat...diet is important..thats right..but there are guys who won't put on some mass even by eating all hours....
you will put on some mass with a couple of dbol...lets say 20mg/day for 6 weeks but for your first cycle try some deca instead...try 300mg deca for 8 weeks...I did it and I gained some mass that I still have...

this is the reason why I was afraid to even post problem like this because all I got is getting laugh at, like I'd already said diet is not an issue, there are countless of really fat...i mean those extremely overweight people who has serious problem and people always automatically assume that those fat people either are lazy, didn't do enough exercise, or they're just eating way too much, it's all but assumptions, some of these people eat much less than other with normal weight but their system simply screwed up and gain massive weight regardless how less they eat. I, on the other hand, is the opposite type, skinny as hell no matter how much I eat. Some of my friends and family said I'm blessing because I can eat as much as I want, and whatever I want, but dammit it would be nice to pick up a little weight along the way too!! Yes I did consider making an appointment with doctor to check and see what the hell is wrong with me, but what can they possibly do?? tell me to eat more??? hell...might as well just ask me to jump down the bridge because I'd already know eating more doesn't work for me, my system is already jacked up anyway so what else can I possibly lose by trying dbol? I'm at the end of the rope here and can't think of anything else to try, I'm not looking for unrealistically gain and I don't want to be no Mr Olympian either, I just want to add some dang mass and look like normal people...this sucks. :o
 
this guy is reaching out here out of desperation. I say go on some dbol at 20mg e.d. for 6 weeks. eat at least 4000calories and you should see some growth. Have nolvadex on hand and some clomid for post cycle. run the clomid for 3 weeks. your training is the most important thing. You must do low rep high weight training if you want to put on mass. If you don't wake up sore as fuck the day after a workout, you aren't working hard enough. do not do cardio, get lots of sleep, and you will grow.
 
If you have honestly tried everything from different kinds of training to different diets, and you can't get past 105, then you are basically fucked. Your genetics are a huge limitation for you. If this is the case, then dbol is the drug for you. use it in moderation at first, with AS MUCH .... i repeat ... AS MUCH protien as you can stuff in your freakin face.

I have said it before, and I will say it again ... Unfortunatly ... Your physique is first determined by egg and sperm. Then dumbells and barbells. You have to work with what you got, which in your case dosent seem to be a whole hell of a lot.

everyday, munch down a few bacon wrapped donuts! lol
