I'm 29, 5'6 and 105lbs, time for dbol??

i'm not 29 but from the age of 15-18 i couldnt put on any wieght either, i was 5'10 at 120 lbs.... i tried everything thing to put on wieght ( at least i thought i did). when i got into college and started training with some guys who knew what they were doing i tried some pro hormones and started training and eating right and put on 30 lbs naturally...
if you are really wanting to try juice i would buy some pro hormones and try them for about 6 weeks, this will get you into some kind of routine of working out... and if you are not satisfied from what you gained naturally then run some dbol at 20-25 mg/ed for 6 weeks.
tips to put on wieght:
1.) EAT, lots of calories, protien
2.) bust your ass in the wieght room. if your not sore the next couple of days after working out you aren't working your muscles which = no muscle growth
3.) get plenty of sleep...this is when your muscles grow

First things first. What is your BF%? What does your work out routine look like? How long have you been seriously working out at the gym? Have you had your bloodwork done to see if its normal?
I wouldn't start with dbol. You will lose everything you gain and be right back where you started.
I think I mild run of Deca is the way to go if you must go the AAS route. I don't think you need to at this time.
I would say getting yourself a trainer who competes in BB is your best bet. He/she will get you on the correct program and correct diet. Let them know you want to put on mad muscle. The rest will take care of itself.

Good Luck

You need nutrition,not Gear.
Eat 6 meal servings per day & hit the gym.
Eat foods that grow muscle(diet Board)
Also grab some hi-protein shakes.

This is the advice you should pay attention to in the thread..Not that others didnt offer good suggestions..From the sound of it your diet is not in order and im sceptical about your training..Gear will help but without proper diet/training your cutting yourself short..fix that first then you can look at a cycle..if you are serious go to the training board and post your routine!!

If I can get past 105lbs I wouldn't be sitting here typing this and getting laugh at, you're definitely right that I'm basically fucked, and that's why I'm asking for help :-( I'm already blaming my stupid genetics/DNA, my parents are just as short as me and they have small frame as well. In the past I had already try intake protein shakes twice a day along with meals, each protein shake contains atleast 30g of protein, depends on what I blend them with but sometime my poop would be hard as rock, and other time it gives me runny tummy, I don't even want to count how much money I'd wasted and went down the drain on those protein shakes and all sort of foods. When I cook I even use excessive amount of cooking oil and also like fast foods, about twice a week I would stuff myself with checkers and mcdonald at lunch or dinner as well, my wife think I'm crazy that sometime I ate till I can barely walk, she said it's unhealthy, damn right...getting fat is not healthy but if I could gain just little bit fat then I'm still all for it, but it just never happen. getting fat didn't work that's why I'm considering heading toward the steroid direction to add more mass instead, I don't want to be bulky or anything, atleast bring my weight up to what it should be, for my height and age. I just want to be normal, I'll die happy if I could ever get to 135~140lbs....be it fat or muscle. I'm 29 now and almost 30 yr old, and I really want to get something done, or atleast try something different before my hair turns gray. :(

you still havent told us what kind of workout routing you have... do you lift 4,5, or 6 days a week??
i have a friend that is about like you, a little bigger but not much. he ran deca @ 300mg/wk and eq @ 400mg/wk for 10 weeks and put on 28 lbs. but it was his first cycle so he responed exremely well with it. i cant promise you that it will work for you but it's an idea...but it didnt come easy for him, i busted his ass when he worked out and ate everything he could get his hands on.
if you want a cheap quick cycle run test cyp/enan @ 400mg/wk 1-8 and dbol @ 20mg/ed 1-5...
i am telling you this because it sounds like you already made up your mind on taking gear.
i agree with slat1 a personal trainer sounds like a good idea. someone who could show you exactly what you are doing wrong.

2 years ago at the Gym my test result was 6% body fat, my body and weight haven't change any. As for work out routine, some friends suggested I work hard at the gym for hours, but I'm skinny as hell so it doesn't take long for me to get exhausted, in the first couple months I'd try to pump as long as I possibly could, sometime i was too damn sore to even drive myself home, and rest for a day or two till my body recovered, that didn't work because I figured overworked my muscles probably did more harm than good so I changed my routine, only pump to the point where my muscle started to get sore and numb, but still able to drive home and do minor hours chores, tried that couple months and didn't work either. I think I rest enough because I never go back to gym while my muscle is still sore. in the beginning I ony worked out at the gym twice a week, and about an hour each time, then after 2 weeks my body get used to it so I went 3 to 4 times a week for an hour and a half, including 10min warm up. But over the course of almost 2 years and had already tried different routine, it just didn't work, and my conclusion? worked out at the gym was not cutting it because the limitation of my weight is cause by something else.

yeah man, you need to talk to a trainer or go to the training board and see if you can get a good workout schedule. if those are your workout habbits then i would wait until you get a good workout routine. being sore is part of the game...that old saying no pain no gain is true when it comes to lifting. i would get to where you could workout 5 days a week then think about juice but not until then, you will only be wasting your money.
usually what i do to get back into a routine of working out without burning myself out is work one body part a day (2 days on, one day off) for about 2 or 3weeks... 4 exercises 3 sets of 10....then once you get a little more used to working out go for 2 body parts a day (ex. chest/tris , back/bis ,legs/shoulders) 4 exercises, 3 sets 8...
this is just what i do after taking some time off to get back into a routine. a personal trainer will have better knowledge of how to get you on track. you might try the training forum too

why dont you post up an avg daily food intake. You say you eat alot, but in your first post you say you only eat 2 big meals a day. No one is taking in 4000 calories with two meals....

This thread is such a fucking joke...If you can't get past 105, then YOU are a fucking joke.

Whoever thinks this is serious, is seriously retarded.
