I'm 29, 5'6 and 105lbs, time for dbol??

What a horrible diet this guy has....popcorn? Coke? Olive garden? WTF.

IF YOU EAT LIKE THAT, EVEN WITH DBOL YOU WONT GROW.

Bro! LMFAO!!! Look at my pics in my gallery. I'm 191lbs now! 2 years ago I was up to 225lbs! Guess what I was 8 years prior that? 118lbs!!! With no fat!!! I went from 118lbs to 145lbs LBM...I'll say it again! LBM!!! In only 4.5 months just by dieting correctly, training fucking hard and sleeping! 100% all NATURAL! If I did it..you can do it. Do the natural route first. Less money you have to spend on gear and pct. No fucking around with your hormones. Try it out first.

What does LBM mean?

I used to be very skinny too. I was 5'8" and 120. Here is what I did. I bought a tricep bar. Started with about 60 lbs. Lay on bed with your head at the foot of the bed and do pull overs. 3 sets of 10. Then do some curls with it. Within 6 months, I was pulling about 105 lbs on the pull overs and had to have someone sit on my legs so I wouldn't fly off the bed. I got bigger. That gave me encouragement to seriously start working out. One other important note, I was not married back then and consumed a six pack of beer every night and more on weekends (I don't recommend this). I got so strong that I ruptured a disk in my back. Just went thru a L4-L5 fusion in March and getting back on track. I have already started lifting again, but just have to be careful. Good Luck to ya.

p.s. I hope I didn't ramble on too long. ;)

Ask any Body Who trains, Food (what you eat) is 90% of how you will look.
If you can't maintain your body weight now what on this planet thinks you will be able to maintain any size after running gear. It don't make sense.
Learn to eat the foods your body needs to grow, you need 1 gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight-EVERY DAY!
