What do you guys think about the IGF LR3 waste of money or not?
What is your experience with IGF LR3?

I've done it on one cycle, did gain 2-3cm on the uper arm, and some size on the back.

well you have done it, thats up to you to decide whether to run it again, some respond to peptides better than others.

I got a real good price on mine so I wouldnt say a waste of money.
I noticed some lean mass gains and incredible pumps in the gym.
I had to eat every 2 hours or I went hypo.
