So I'm on a 5x5 type routine monday wednesday friday, currently doing a cutter with test/eq/var sometimes on wednesdays i do a full body pump workout, so really high reps no breaks all my muscles to get as pumped as i possibly can. Not always, but i just LOVE the pump....anyways
my question is, what would happen if I only used IGF-1 on mon and fri at 10-15 mcg in each quad after my heavy squatting session. Seeing as these are my muscles lacking the most. Basically just using it for spot growth, since it's a lower dose spaced out to 2x's per week, could i run it for longer than 1 month?
anyone with experience with IFG-1 please help....btw i'm kind of worried about intestinal growth lol
