Combining this with Thiomucase and Yohimburn is the closest thing you'll find to non-surgical spot reduction.
Would you mix the thiomucase with the ben gay and vaseline in one application, or would you do ben gay/vaseline once (i.e. morning), and yohimburn or thiomucase another time (i.e. evening)?
