I have never used prep-H, but this stuff smells great and I put in on my arms after I shaved them. It tightened the skin in a matter of hours. Some people put it on and go and do cardio with it, supposibly works better. The effects are short term, so it's good for a weekend or a contest or photo shoot.

It doesn't burn fat like yohimburn, it's more like prep-H, but it removed the water like a diuretic.

As a diuetic "spot reducer" you must sweat in order to get the full benefit.

ALternating between Yohimburn and Thiomucase works very well. (The old sweat belt and Ben Gay is another option). Preperation H makes me smell like my grandfather. No thanks.

yes, it works great on the face. Funny you ask. I put in under my eyes after a few days of partying in Vegas and man, did it do wonders!

getgo, although im not metal gear and and am no where near as big as that mofo, thiomucase is mainly used on the face , almost sold as a beauty product as to " get rid of wrinkles and firm the skin " so its definitely safe, nothing to worry about on that.

thate: Mix some Ben Gay with Vasaline and rub a thin layer on your abs and lower back and wear a sweat belt along with a couple of t shirts and a sweat shirt before you train. (The cheap, slick neoprene belts are best) You'll perspire like crazy and lose some water in the area and look leaner. The affect lasts about 24 hours. If you do it everytime you train it can help keep off bloat and negate he need for diuretics or even anti-e's. (If used for water retention purposes)

Combining this with Thiomucase and Yohimburn is the closest thing you'll find to non-surgical spot reduction.
