lol... I just say damn, do I really look that good? I don't even really workout that much, then flash an 18.5" gun and say GOD I LOVE GENETICS! Then I smile at them and make some kind of comment like - damn kid you should start eating... you are starting to look like an aids patient and grab their skinny ass arm or their bony shoulders or damn my sister has bigger biceps than you - Somethin like that - Pisses em off every time and you can just laugh at them instead of getting angry. Especially when there is a good chance hes a pig and in my state you can get 5 years jail time for possession.
 
As long as I know it's not a cop, I am honest. Why should I lie??? Practically 100% of our population engages in drinking, smoking, or both, and those drugs (yes they are drugs) kill the body. My choice in drugs, reasonably consumed, will aid the body in being healtier. Why should I feel ashamed compared to what they accept as normal?
 
Being a personal trainer and we NEVER CHEAT, by the way!!! i would tell him its all down to hard training and good nutrition. i would offer him some training tips at a higher rate however. lol
 
I get asked often. Seeing as how ton's of pigs workout there, I always say that I don't spend endless hours in the gym, go in twice a week and do all compound movements and eat well. And it's not far off from the truth. The juice is just icing on the cake.
 
A teacher who supervises the weight room where I coach asked me and I told him "haha no I just have added some toning bands to my workout"
 
someone walked up to me today in the gym and asked "all natural?" i said hell yes and he started talking about how he took creatine back in highschool and it blew him up, he kept going on and on about organic fruit and veggies and suppliments where bad, i jus smiled and walked away and said "creatine ha i got to get some of that" lol
 
My gym is full of highschool clows and unfriendly big motherfuckers......there must be a total of 3 women so....I just put on the 1000 yard stare and noone wants to talk to me.....so far anyway.

I love it when people throw around names like "deca" or "dbol" and ask you about it like they know what the fuck they are talking about. I just say oh ya bro I heard about that - my boy got some at GNC and blew up.

I just take a shitloads of creatine,l-glutamine,and whey protein
get plenty of rest and give it my all everytime I work out.

and ask them if they need a trainer.........for motivation........ :D
 
IMO smile, take it as a compliment and tell them no and then tell your buddies you talk with about juice. :)
 
there's only 1 guy in my gym that knows shit about me doing gear. I have had a lot of people ask me how I stay in such lean shape, and a few people have their suspiscions, but I only talk to this one guy who is on HRT, and he is cool, one of the trainers who is 63 yrs old and looks better than most 25 yr olds. He's always asking me advice and questions which I dont' mind helping him at all because he knows to keep his mouth shut.

i finally had enough of his shit
i told him man you want to gain some size you wanna get strong
the dude was ozzing slober out of his mouth
i said ok but dont tell anyone ,we went outside i popped the trunk of my car and pulled out a contianer of cellmass
and showed it to him
" this is it this is what we all use it til get you big and strong"
he was almost shocked he didnt speak for a sceond then he goes really
i just said really

b4 i was on gear i saw a lot of people pass me up . and it was really frusturating because i worked out just as hard maybe harder. they denied that they were on gear. so it kinda made me want to quit. well later on when i finally decided to juice i found out those guys were on gear. so if ne one ever asks if im on gear i say yup. and i ask is it working? i dont want ne one to feel like i did.

Unfortunately, there there really is nothing good that can come from admitting to people you juice. You are just setting yourself up for ridicule and legal trouble. I've met really cool dudes in the gym that I could tell were juicing and I would have loved to start up a convo about gear but I didn't. There is just too much room for error. I won't even tell gf's any more.

Exactly. Good rule of thumb: if you don't know the person well enough to already know if they're on or not, you don't know them well enough to ask about it.
 
i am well over 200 pounds, 177m height, and fat % at the moment around 8% or lower...... people dont ask me anymore if i am on steroids LOL... and if they would i would tell them i dont know what steroids are and that i eat a lot of pasta and have good genetics hahahaha! :):)
 
i would tell them yes
im confident i can out debate any joe in the gym on steroids and the risks of them

I haven't read all this thread (way too many pages lol), so maybe this has been said a hundred times by now. Most people have no idea about the reality of steroids. We all know this. I once talked to a very nice, intelligent person online who I became friends with. We were both bodybuilding fans and I decided to tell him the truth. He responded with this long story about how he took creatine one time and it made him crazy and he lashed out in a rage while on it.... Sigh. Everyone (general public) thinks steroids will make you crazy and an instant pro. But, with college graduates like my aforementioned friend running around scared out of their minds by creatine....

Also, I trained with a pretty big dude. He was totally natural, but even without training had shapely and muscular 16.5 inch arms, blew up to closer to 18 pumped and natural- fucker. Anyhow, he knew I occasionally used and told me he was considering getting some growth hormone. I advised against it and told him that if he was going to take the plunge, just get some testosterone to start with. "What do you mean?" he asked, "Growth hormone IS testosterone!" It took me several minutes to explain the difference to him. UGH!

So, yeah, just say NO! No I don't take them, and don't know anything about them. With bigger guys than me running around totally natural and people freaking out about creatine, what difference is it going to make if I admit to using anything?!

It's a complete breach of privacy, and the inquiring person must really be clueless that they are putting themselves at risk for a punch to the face if their questions become too derisive,or prying...It happens to me alot, and I try to answer with the best intentions, but sometimes I feel the almost unsupressable urge to lash out and put the person in their place. Does anybody else feel this way, or am I too sensitive about this issue? I wouldn't mind nearly as much if the legal issues at hand weren't such a huge factor...then I would be totally honest.

i would give them a resounding NO !!! then i would ask them " do you know the lord jesus christ as your lord and saviour?" then i would ask them if they are familiar with "amway" and proceed to tell them all the fine points of multilevel marketing.
 
Well there's a big difference if a guy walks up to you an asks were can I get some steroids.( say no)If a guy walks you an starts talking about juice an what he is taking.Then tell him what you taking done deal.Now Iam getting some hgh for a good price from him now. :)
 
Absolutely no, always deny. It'd be the equivalent of someone asking you if you do meth or smoke weed. It's none of their fucking business, and some people are just fucking retarded. Everyone nowadays wants to share their feelings or get personal with strangers etc etc. Privacy and respect have taken a backseat to emotions and sharing. WTF??? I'd tell them no- big weight = big muscle, it's time tested and still true, then I'd walk away as if I were offended.

i always tell them, " why of course i am on steroids, would you like to purchase some or do you prefer narcotics ? i sell those as well". i always follow that up with " and if you need anyone whacked, i can arrange that too."

something has got to be wrong with someone if they would ask a complete stranger something like that. That shit is personal. I wouldn't be happy if someone approached me talkin that shit. At the same time you obviously look good for the person to ask. Regardless, Id say get lost.
 
I would and have discussed it with people that are also obviously on or look like they have a very good idea of how to train....anyone else just gets told to eat steak lol

I get a few guys ask me what I'm doing or what I'm " on " I tell them something that sounds like complex stuff to really freak them out.

Told a guy a few weeks ago I ingest 300 carbs per day 80% from complex and 20% from simple forms ,350 grams of protien from animal and dairy sources with 100 grams if fat with omega 3 6 and 9 forms along with a 72 mineral complex enteric coated for absorbtion,a vitamin complex containing 23 essenintial and non essential vitamins co factors and whole sources.Along with a amino complex , by the time i start naming amino acids one by one he looked at me fustrated and started to walk away and just said "ok thanks" ..

basically just start naming stuff about diet and nutrition something they usually know nothing about and they just leave...

I would, and I have, tell them that yes I do use juice and growth. Whats the big deal?? When you walk around looking like you do do juice, people know anyway.
 
The stigma associated with steriods seems to be a huge problem aspecially in the U.S.A.
Its a sad story when people in the know......."the experienced users" are too scared to set the record straight and inform the curious asking questions to the actual facts regarding steriods.
