Hypothetical question here, If someone used to live in my shed but was kicked out and I burned it down AFTER this person was out, then do I have a chance of being convicted for murder? Thanks.

Weird. Damn near the same thing happened to a guy I once new. He was on his way to become a doctor: good life, smart dood. Got drunk, torched an abandoned shack with some friends. It wasn't abandoned.

Nobody hurt, but hate crime charges, attempted murder, the works.
