Ideas for getting RID of "pointy pecs" and man boobs

This is what I did, and It have helped a lot: I do upper chest then I do wide grip Dips, for chest not triceps. We have this machine that really suck for narrow grip dips, but woerks fine for chest with a wider grip. So I tried it while on Clen and in no time It seemed to transport or whatever the fat from that part to other(or just went away). Clen has the ability to take fat from one place and to move into your muscles(saw this on a program on TV - effects on Clen..)
I also used tren and I know this helped me a lot. Same thing happened with the fat around my lower abs and back, also used bromo and nolvadex.

jus a quick response to that last reply...i did sound like an asshole without the intent of being one...i did mention your dedication was awesome and dont lose that drive...jus be careful if you try to go the drug route cuz you still need to develop alot naturally...and 3 hours in the gym can do no benfit whether it is a mix of weightlifting and cardio..it is way too catabolic for sum1 of your stats..hell, for anyone not takin boatlads of juice....good luck and dont lose focus...

I didn't think you were being an asshole. I was just pointing out that I don't do 3 hours solely of cardio. However in the past I did more, and managed to lose 17lb/8Kg whilst increasing muscle mass.

Now I walk 45 minutes to work in the morning and 45 minutes back at night. Which is not that intense.
Throughout the day I take short breaks to do exercises like push ups, crunches, etc.

Early in the evening I either do 20-30 minutes of weight bearing exercises or 20 - 60 minutes of cycling. I alternate them daily.

I'm not trying to develop huge muscles and become completely ripped. I just want to tone up a bit and get rid of this slight problem I've got.

If you are not doing it already, do this: Eat your breakfast when you come to your job, not before the morningwalk that is. Do not eat anything but protein/fat before bedtime. These small tips can and will make a big difference.

I would suspect our problem is different.
You sound like you have Gynomastia which is enlargement of the actual breast tissue. My problem is caused by fat deposits.
I had a friend with a problem similiar to yours and his doctor gave him some hormone replacement medication. I'm not sure exactly what medication was prescribed as the information came from his girlfriend.

Water is something I drink plenty of.
I also drink a lot of low fat milk as well.

I read in Readers Digest that if your body is high in calicum, then it will burn energy rather than store it as fat. I'm kind of hoping this is true.
