What is your bodyfat%. I would think that when you get down to 6-7% the problem wouldn't be so obvious.

I'm not sure. How do I go about measuring my bodyfat% myself?

Although I might not be able to get it as low as 6-7% by just exercising. I might need a little bit of help from the above suggested drugs.

To much aerobics tend to burn lean muscle. You con never achieve maximum upper body development without working legs hard with weights.

 How does working the legs hard with weights help achieve maximum upper body development?

with heavy leg workouts you get the greatest release of GH and IGF-1

Excuse my igorance but what is GH and IGF-1?

I'm not a body builder myself. I only came along to get some advice on the topic of this thread. I don't know much about body building and the terminology myself.

Growth Hormone
and
Insulin like Growth Factor 1

they are powerful bio-chemical signaling agents. That affect growth, hypertrophy, hyperplasia (igf).

basically they enhance muscular growth in DIFFERENT way than steroid hormones (testosterone). They have system wide effects on body composition. small increases over time in these can make significant differences in leaness and muscular development.

Thanks for the info

But I don't want to work on my legs too much as they are already quite muscular and at times I wish they were smaller.

Is it possible to get away with not using heavy weights on the legs?
