I do - I was never allowed to go growing up.
And now I wouldn't go.

Haven't been to Germany in over 10 years - if you were wondering for the same reasons.

That said I don't actually have any family in Tehran - they all left by the early 60's - most of them are in Austria. (last time I was in Austria was the same time I was in Germany)

I was on this appt the other day and it went from professional to social and the husband asks me how old I am and I had to think about it for a few seconds because it's like I just turned 28 yesterday.

So he says, "wow, you don't look that old, I thought you were my age" - I didn't know how to feel or react to that.
