you either

A) hack into bikinimoms computer and delete her existence as a human being known to EF

B) send me a training routine that includes progressive overloading. I dont get what this means, like always going up in weight but really small so you dont end up stalling? All my workouts are fucked up, i always go in and ill go heavy right away after a warm up set. I dont like working up to the heavy set(s) because then i wont get as much reps as i can. So im alittle confused about trianing, which is a surprise i must have perfect DNA running in all my muscles

C) find me a website dissing emu oil, i already tried its hard

btw, besides what everyone else has said, emu oil is GREAT. i couldn't live without it, and I don't sell it, won't reccommend a place for you to buy it, and have nothing to gain by saying that.
i use it on my face every night and I have the most overly sensitive, acne prone skin. emu oil is the only thing i know i can use.

LOL @ working as a trainer and not knowing about progressive overloading training..... did u not get an instruction manual with your $100 degree?

Good thing he is making bank with his e-bay business. Otherwise he might have actually invested some time and effort into becoming a *real fitness professional* so that he could actually HELP people who are willing to PAY FOR IT.

let him do him, constantly dissing him like this kinda makes you look bitter...the bro is only 22, let him enjoy youthful naivity just like you and i did.

Concerned?

You use that word incorrectly.

It's called "reaping what you sew". He should know all about that being the good christian that he is. :)

Interestingly for comparison purposes; what was BikiniMom doing aged 22?

Bored minds must know!

Well, since you asked:

I was married to my exhusband, working as an administrative assistant. He made me quit my family business but now I am glad that I learned what I learned while working in that field.

I wanted very much to return to finish college to become a physician's assistant but the ex wouldn't allow it. (I know two REALLY BAD decisions.)

I worked, supported myself and my household, was a faithfull dutiful partner became self-employed and mother to four children in 5 years.

So basically I busted my ass. :) I have NO CLUE what Bino is talking about. LOL My husband (GOM) had done 3 tours in vietnam and was probably still a training officer in Fort Benning. I don't know if he was married to his first wife yet or not. I don't know the EXACT timeframe for the events of my husband's life but he was right about the same age.

I grew up poor, the child of immigrants who STILL can't speak English. I'd had a job since I was 14. Never done anything that would warrant trouble with the law. I graduated 7th in my class from high school, member of the National Honor Society, band and choir and had the lead in my senior play. The play was "Li'l Abner". I was Daisy Mae.

^^^All of this and 2$ will get me a cup of coffee at the Dunkin Donuts.

Being 21 is an excuse for being a smart ass but not for acting like a total douche who has NOTHING behind you and thinking ur the shit and treating people like crap, and being a damn "know it all" who always happens to be WRONG
At 21 I had already graduated as a licensed psychologist while paying for school myself with the strangest jobs u can think of, from elementary school teacher up to airport security agent.... being young is no excuse, I've seen brilliant 19 year olds and stupid ass 43 year olds who are shitless losers....

Or maybe I didn't enjoy my youth... who know :whatever:

Word. Acting stupid in life works when you're 12. Not when you're an adult. Stupid young adults almost alwyas turn into stupid old adults.

At least you didn't hear me use the line my parent's generation used:

My mother was in the fields when she was 4. They were so poor that on the days when her family could afford to send her to school (ie not working) and they could afford to give her food they would give them hot potatoes to put in their pockets. This would keep their hands warm (gloves, what's that?) and would be their only food for the day.

I am all about the young enjoying their youth. I did as much as I could. Hell, I summered many ENTIRE SUMMERS in my country - NOT the US. I don't know of very many american kids who were afforded this type of luxury. My cousins and I did some pretty off-the-wall stuff but we NEVER lied, cheated, stole or went out of our way to put other people down. If anyone was like that (or IS like that) I avoid them.

My parents taught me honesty, honor, self-respect, respect for authority. They also taught me to think for myself and how to delay gratification, work hard for the things in life that I wanted.

Sorry, but I was ALWAYS this way. If that is difficult for someone else to understand that this isn't MY problem... is it?

There;s nothing wrong with handouts, just not all the time, taking the easy way out will turn you into a useless adult.... allthough I did work for all my shit my family does have money, yet I did not allow them to hand out stuff to me, otherwise I'd be some bimbo rich girl who doesnt know shit about real life....

After I kicked my ex out I WAS FORCED to take many MANY handouts. :( To this day I STILL OWE my sister many tens of thousands of dollars. She took that money from her family to give to mine and in the end none of us saw any benefit, least of all my kids.

Asking for help does not show weakness. Quite the contrary it shows strength. But if that help doesn't come, you say "thank you" and continue doing what you have to do to get through the day.

serios?

As a heart attack.

Check out my site and you will gain even more information about both emo and krill - awesome stuff.

I wouldn't believe it myself if I didn't use the products personally. I'd been recommending emo oil long before I decided to get into the dietary supps/skincare business myself.

Doctor Dan Dean, of Shepard, Mich., routinely recommends emu oil to his patients at risk of skin sores and ulcerations, (diabetics, convalescents, and patients with poor circulation). He notes that with a typical third-degree burn or skin abrasions, emu oil cuts healing time by almost half.

A doctor who specializes in dermatologic surgery and cosmetic dermatology in Houston, uses emu oil on her worst cases - serious burns, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, etc. She has been extremely pleased with the results. She admits she was at first skeptical about the benefits of emu oil. Her treatments embrace acute skin care problems, including burns, skin disease, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, as well as anti-aging and general skin improvement treatments. Her patients tell her the oil brings immediate relief, speeds healing, and keeps skin from scarring .

Dr. Thom Leahey of the Arthritis Clinic in Ardmore, Okla., has been studying emu oils' anti-inflammatory properties. A two-week, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of arthritis patients revealed that seven of the 12 emu oil users reported significant reduction of pain, morning stiffness, and swelling vs. one of the eight placebo users.

Dr. Elton J. Lormand, who has conducted research at the Advanced ENT and Facial Surgery Institute in Cullman, Ala., has seen the difference in patients using emu oil and in those who don't. After viewing the contrast in the skin condition between the two groups, he advised researchers to take a closer look at emu oil. He has seen patients apply emu oil prior to radiation treatment and even ingest it to cover the mucosal surfaces during head and neck radiation treatments. While the doctor gave them no specific instructions and would not recommend ingestion due to lack of research, he commented on the apparent lessening of radiation burns, even to the mucosal surfaces.

Scientists at Boston University Medical Center and Auburn University have concluded that emu oil's anti-inflammatory properties relieve pain in some forms of arthritis and lupus, as well as muscle and joint stiffness.

Dr. John Griswold, of the Harner Burn Center in Lubbock, Texas, believes that emu oil may revolutionize the treatment of burn victims because of the oil's ability to generate new skin cells so quickly. His long-term study also found a statistically significant difference in scar reduction and inflammation in emu oil-treated wounds.

Dr. William Code, in his initial research combining emu oil, spearmint oil, and lidocaine, found that the mixture produced a reduction in sensation to the skin, which surpassed another combination of local anesthetics without emu oil. The emu oil compound proved to reduce sensitivity in a safe, fast, and effective way for procedures such as suturing or giving injections.

Julie Brumlik is the co-owner of the patent on emu oil and Lidocaine, which she invented along with Dr. Dan Rivlin, head of dermatopathology at Miami's Mt. Sinai Hospital and a professor at the University of Miami Medical School. They invented and patented the product a couple of years ago, and it is in line for FDA approval as a compound. Chronic pain management specialists are excited about this research. Peer review papers have been published by the Society of American Oil Chemists. The effect of the compound lasts approximately 20 minutes. The patient maintains consciousness, but temporarily loses sensation where the mixture is applied. It is the only penetrating topical anesthesia that will work anywhere on the body, including gingival membranes. It also can be used on sunburn or sore muscles.

Dr. Thomas Samaras, a physician in Virginia Beach, Va., is impressed with the efficacy of pure emu oil for the treatment of arthritis and eczema. His own son suffered for two years from eczema behind his knees. Applying emu oil regularly to the area cleared up the condition within 10 days. Dr. Samaras has also seen significant improvement in a patient with degenerative arthritis and chronic torticollis (constant neck muscle spasms) by using emu oil on the neck. "I expect that emu oil will continue to play an important role in my therapeutic armamentarium in the future," Dr. Samaras said.

Dr. Mary Bean, a dentist in Lutherville, Md., said, "I've practiced dentistry since 1979 and developed CTS about six years ago from repetitive motion and the constant restriction of wearing gloves 40-plus hours a week. I had carpal tunnel surgery in 2000 on both hands and was back in my office for light duties the day after suture removal. I applied emu oil to the incision sites twice daily, and they are now minimally visible. Having a fantastic surgeon was very important, but I believe the emu oil hastened healing and minimized scarring. Now symptom-free, I use emu oil to keep my hands moisturized and my skin healthy."

Linda Barrett, a registered nurse, had a basal cell carcinoma removed from the perioral area between the base of her nose and her upper lip. "My husband, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, performed the excisional biopsy. I had to keep the area covered for a week until the stitches were removed. Thereafter, I kept it moist with emu oil. My primary goal was to keep it moist for the duration of work, and I knew the emu oil would do that; however, the major secondary gain from the use of the emu oil was the rapid healing of the site. The continued use of the emu oil seems to have accelerated the resolution of scar tissue. Neither the line of incision or the suture area are visible."

Dr. Marlin Dimond, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon in Glendale, AZ, has seen first hand the healing abilities of emu oil on a double masectomony patient that used emu oil on her incisions. Because she healed so quickly with minimal scarring, it put her 3-4 weeks ahead of schedule for reconstruction. The patient claimed she could not have survived the by-weekly injections to fill in her extenders to stretch the skin in preparation for permanent implants without the aid of emu oil to keep her skin elastic and moist.

Dr. Scott Wasserman of Scottsdale, AZ practices natural alternatives to traditional medicines. He uses and believes in the benefits of emu oil.Emu oil is being studied by universities, research centers, and hospitals in the United States and abroad. It's hydrating, regenerative, lubricating, anti-inflammatory, and pain relieving properties make it the logical topic of study for an ever-broadening range of conditions.

yeah, he's for real. After bmom recommended it for my skin, I thought she didn't understand my issues, because i would never put an oil on acne prone skin, but when i looked it up, everything i read said it was great for that, plus reduces under eye swelling, wrinkles, dry patches, discoloration, and a ton of other stuff.
ok... it wasn't too expensive, so i bought some. within a week my skin looked better and felt great. The woman I worked with at the time had deep wrinkles from years of tanning. She started using it and we both noticed her skin looked better. My mom uses it on her legs when she wears skirts to make them look smoother and moisturized.

i've used it on sunburns, rashes, bugbites, and i've started preparing my skin for a facial peel- the instructions say to use emu oil afterwards to promote healing.

Yup. Great on tats and piercings. Keeps the art from oozing, peeling drying out and losing ink due to "bumps" also keeps piercings from swelling and stops the pain at site after pierce. Other than that I am the #10 or so guy in the world for info on the stuff. Last seminar I gave was to plastic and reconstructive surgeons in LA. Was a hoot those guys really know how to party.

Thanks letto, the stuff has helped so many people with severe skin and joint issues, glad you like it.

you don't expect me to read all that do you?

My experiences have been IDENTICAL. I thought my husband was NUTS when he recommended I put emu oil on my oily skin. But it did what it was supposed to do.

I cover my face when we ride and put sunscreen 5000 on my arms and back, but still I get burned occasionally. The Texas sun is HOT. If I put emu oil on my skin 2 a day - the skin will NOT PEEL NO MATTER HOW BAD THE BURN.

I've been using it on my face since I've been with the grump and get complimented on my skin all the time.

I had NO CLUE about how much it would help ingesting the stuff though. It really REALLY helps to keep my mood even. Ya'll can only imagine how tough life is around here. I only post a fraction on occasion. If I take my supplements regularly (and keep up with all the other healthy behaviors - less alcohol, gym, better food) I don't hit the debilitating lows I suffered for years since our personal nightmare began.

I strongly believe in these products. They work. :)

How much is it? how much does it weight? I would like to try some but need to calculate price + CR shipping + tax

I agree!

I agree!
He is a little kid, let him be.

I hate to be captain obvious but I am not the one who started this thread or any other thread on chat about him.

Matter of fact I put a tremendous amount of time and effort into trying to HELP the kid. My husband also reached out to him personally to try and help him get a job. He then turns around and starts talking all sorts of nasty stuff to and about me and my husband (which was funny until he got with the *suck my dick* bikinimom smiley. I admit that offended me *this much*, my husband a bit more than that).

Neither I nor my husband is targeting this kid. (When my husband and I were his age we were "adults". I guess times have changed)

He makes himself the butt of jokes all by his own bad self.

If he wants to be an ASSHOLE then he should be prepared to be treated like AN ASSHOLE.

simple... shmimple :rose:

i know what progressive overload training is but i dont want to do the work of looking it up, hence why my title says i will pay someone fuck

yea you guys shouldnt look too deep in my posts they have no meaning at all, bino is right :wavey:

Well as long as you readily admit that being void of a body, living example of life or any other *real presence*, that you realize that your words mean NOTHING and your *internet presence* is completely void of purpose then we will get along. :)

I just understand why you would insist on being *in a virtual world* if you admit your presence here has no purpose but to be a disrespectfull, deceitfull jerk for the most part.

I mean, that isn't funny. It's sad.

You want to *just be a kid*. cool

Big difference though between being a kid and being a dick.

i know what progressive overload training is but i dont want to do the work of looking it up, hence why my title says i will pay someone fuck

yea you guys shouldnt look too deep in my posts they have no meaning at all, bino is right :wavey:

ok, fair enough.

Why post about BM then? And why so much disrespect towards most everyone?

Oh, one more question. If you don't want to take the time/energy to look up training/workout why would you take the time/effort to follow it?

I thought you were some amazing personal trainer. Now I find you are instead an Ebay mogul.

All this in 3 weeks from being supported by your alleged rich girlfriend, allowing you to drive her car, live in her house and get cash to party. I got to give it to you, that is some quick recovery.

So let me get this straight, your father likes it when you tell your mother to suck your dick because you didn't use the words, but "only" used a smiley?

Yea, that sounds right hysterical to me.

I am still waiting for you to "find some way to start talking about that retarded emu shit that I am trying to sell".

I mean, wasn't that one of the main reasons for you to start this thread?

I had NO TROUBLE finding a link to negative press about the apricot seed product you claim to sell online.

lol i know how to train people, i dont know every god damn thing about it so that makes me bad? i can still get people results i know a lot of shit about training but most people i train wont be going heavy reps till failure 8012 reps and heavy lifts like bench squat and deadlift

Sonny,

print out your posts and put them under the bed, when you move from mommies house take them with you, in 5 years read them and you will want to crawl into a hole.

Truly, you have to be one of the most vacuous twits I have ever encountered online. I actually feel sorry for you.

Like what? LOL

You arent even smart enough to google a workout/training principle to use for YOURSELF! But you are going to effectively train a total stranger who has NO CLUE about any aspect of fitness and you will do this without hurting them?!

Yea *wink* ok

You give your "clients" apricot seeds too?

dont get the back pedal thing

What do you sell on ebay glad? me likes ebay....

Kini, GOM remember internet needs trolls
demotivational posters - Successful Troll ... is successful successful, troll, tunnel, confusion 16730

i sell apricot seeds, i sell a lot of shit but my store is a branch off my brothers apricotpower.com i just help get it out more by putting it on my ebay, he sells me wholesale price and i sell his price so we both make money we both help eachother out

i dont want to sell anything though, look at my feedback though for apricotpower1 on ebay everyone that buys them loves them but they are for alternative medicine to the c word. i wouldnt get them just because, i take them as a preventative to anything when im older but mainly because im on a cycle and the least i can do is kill off some c word cells

C word?

MLM much?!

How bout "scum like you take advantage of people who are dying and desperate?" You are lower than I thought.

I thought you were unemployed living off your exfiance whose parents FINALLY talked into dumping you, she kicked you out, you had no job, no money, no one would hire you and now 2 weeks later you are an ballin' internet mogul?!

lol im not smart enough to google it myself but i am smart enough to pay for someone else to do it with the apricot seed money i make online in my paypal!

Good job skippy,

Here is a brief description of one of the products which "help each other out"

The bolded line is the worst offense for people that really need medical professionals, not some asstard who can't look up information on google.

"In fact, several recent case reports have described serious side effects in people who have cancer and have taken similar doses of cesium chloride, including life-threatening problems with heart rhythm, seizures, loss of consciousness, and electrolyte imbalances. The acute and chronic toxicity of this substance is not fully known or understood. Consuming large amounts of cesium could result in nausea, diarrhea, disturbed heart rhythm, loss of consciousness, or even death. Based on results of animal studies, women who are pregnant or breast-feeding should avoid taking cesium chloride supplements. Relying on this type of treatment alone and avoiding or delaying conventional medical care for cancer may also have serious health consequences."

Still waiting for the mountain of negative information about the products that I would like to bring to market.

Or are you ready to admit how WRONG you were and how clueless you are? :)

I am willing to forgive you if you can say that you are sorry for being a disrespectfull, ignorant prick. But I know you will keep doing it again and again with complete and utter disregard for what it means to be sorry.

Honestly, by your words here... It will only be a matter of time before you are back behind bars.

You make mistakes and don't learn, nor are you repentant for those mistakes.

meh :whatever: not my problem or my concern. Just keep MY NAME off of your tongue and we will be golden.

We could all see his maturity level, there is no need...

You mean like the threads about strongbow? I mean, who'd that guy ever hurt... except himself? But there are threads that are how many pages long with people cackling over his stupidity. The guy did THAT to himself so :whatever:

This kid constantly posts shit SCREAMING for people to knock his dick in the dirt because he is vile, a liar, disrespectfull and will talk shit whenever and whatever he feels like it.

At least strongbow knew enough to *poof* vanish. Apparently this kid isn't that bright and will keep talking shit as long as he feels like it.

I didn't do that to him. HE DID.
