My experience is that I have been there before brother. You will be offered a plea bargain. If there is a Felony charge there, it might be that you were importing a controlled substance, but Im not sure about that. They WILL OFFER YOU A PLEA based on your priors(none, and how serious of an offense they consider this to be(not too much Ill bet). The plea will more than likely be "Posesssion" or something similar, and you MIGHT have to attend some classes where you will be sitting arounf with a bunch of junkioes who will try to make you think that you have the same problems as they do. That also might require that you do occasional drug tests, but weather or not they will test for AAS is anyones guess. If this is a Fedral charge brother, then your 1500 tabs of Dbol amounts to 15 doses based on the Federal standards for measuring doses for AAS 1 dose = 100 tabs, and 10cc = 1 dose. 15 doses would be the equivillent of being caught with say 15 tabs of Tylenol w/ Codeine(another CIII Susbstance). Does that sound like a Felony charge to you??? Thats nothing bro. You'll be fine.

wow, you have brightened my day alot bro. the charge was a felony/misd i have no idea what that is. and about the AAS dose. how do you know this for sure. really. how can 1 dose = 100 tabs? or 1 tylenol with codeine? this is insane, but i hope you are damn right bro. im just curious. i also must point out, that when i was 13, i told some kid over the phone that i would kill him in a fight. he took it seriously and i was arrested for it. the detective knew about this by the way. does this make my situation more fucked up?

if there is a next time, and they catch me red-handed, of course they know it was for me, etc. my name is all over it. how can a lawyer proove otherwise? is this possible?

Bro, where have you been lately?? This shit happens all the time, and the frequency of them has been inceasing more & more post 9/11.

Now, I DOUBT that if Shawn would have let this package sit around for a week or so, that they would have waited THAT long, but Im gonna guess that he went and got it immediatly(or the next day), and it is quite common for them to wait at least that long.

Im 100% sure about the dosage thing dude. Go to www.steroidlaw.com and read up & you will see what I said is true. It is there. As far as the other thing with you getting arrested as a juvy--I'm no Lawyer, but I doubt they will take that into consideration, ESPECIALLY if you were never charged. I always thought that any juvy records were sealed(or maybe even expunged) after you turned 18, but that might differ from state to state.

no i WAS in fact booked for it when i was 13, but you are right about the records being sealed. i just dont know why the det. pointed that out when he told me he knew a little bit about me. by the way i am 20 years old.

Ain't shit gonna happen to you. Do NOT pay for a lawyer, you can use the court appointed Public Defender. The reason for this, is if you have never had a prior felony, then you are eligible for the First Offenders Program. That is YOUR RIGHT, a judge can not deny you that. There will be no discussions, there will be no arguements, you plead not guilty until your trial date, when you go before the judge, you have your public defender to request First Offender sentencing which will be about $800 in fines, 200 community service hours and ZERO jail time. If you keep your nose clean after those five years, (more likely 3 years if you do your comm.service up front and pay your fine immediately) the charge is wiped off your records. Employers, newspapers, online search engines will never see it.

i am having plans on going to the military and im not sure if the marines will accept me with a record. when i am in court, i almost dont say anything, just plea not guilty right? and just request first offenders sentencing before i go to the judge and let the public defender do his job? should i say anything about wanting to join the marines?

They won't let you join with a Felony. Misdemeanors are fine. Call your recruiter and he/she will verify this. By the way bro...if they are offering you five years fucking probation for such a minor offense, then I would DEFINITELY TRY to get a better deal than that, because even THAT is too harsh for what you got caught doing. I know a guy around here that got caught with 16 pounds of weed and only got 1 year probation. Of course he ratted his source out, but that's besides the point. The POINT IS, is that you should be able to get a 1/2-decent lawyer to get you down to 2 years probation MAXIMUM!! If it were me, I would hold out for 1 year. You'll probably get it, and that would be your only reason for going with a lawyer that isn't "court-appointed" I suppose. Probation isn't jail brother, but it sucks asshole just the same. If you get a ball-breakin'-prick as a Probation Officer, then you're in for 5 years of fucking misery. I'd probably take a few months in the County Jail before I would accept 5 years probation myself. My 7-Card-Studd chops could use the work anyhow.
