Speaking from experience, I can tell you that if the worst punishment that he can get is up to a year in Jail, then this IS NOT a Felony charge. Felony charges are punishable by a year OR MORE in PRISON. Misdemeanors(which is what this will be-trust me)are punishable by UP TO A YEAR in JAIL. There are signifigant differences. I know this dude is shitting bricks now, but I can guarantee you that he will NOT do any time. In fact, if he gets more than 1 year probation, I would be shocked.

actually, the papers they gave me when i was released read FELONY/MISDEMEANOR so i hope you are right. but what does a half and half charge mean? and of course i am shitting bricks. i am not interested in going to jail zerxes. what experience do you have that you say. please address. thanks.

zerxes, i did not admit anything they didn't already know. they caught me red-handed, and i was booked. he asked me how much he will find in my home, i told him nothing besides what i listed above. i was in a jail-cell the entire-day and night. i was not in a room where they investigated the case further. the detective later came to the jail-cell and told me i dont need to call bail-bonds, and i will be released tonight. so i did the next morning because of a screw-up between the deputies. and he told me i would get this letter. and how can i get myself into more trouble? i am looking for good information from you. please help me and there is no need for flaming.

Although I sound harsh brother, I assure you that there is no flame intended, and that the advice is solid. I think that yoyu did the right thing though by being cool with the Cops, but my point was that it SOUNDS like you already incriminated yourself and admitted ordering the stuff, or said that it was yours. In either case bro, you aint going to get in that much trouble so it really is meaningless what you admitted to, if in fact you did. For future refferences though(and especially since you will now have somewhat of a record), I would refrain from saying anything to the Cops EVER. Next time you will alreay have 1 strike against you, and being forthright might just cause you to fuck yourself over. I have been here before brother, so I can almost 100% guarantee you that this isnt't going to be a big deal, so just chill out and go on with your normal life. Since you live rather close to the Mexican Border too, I am rather surprised that yopu would even bother with trying to order overseas mail, especially in this post-9/11 environment that we are in.

yes i had an MBE and they were waiting outside. as soon as i walked out, i was arrested.

something is wrong here, it dosen't seem right that a customs agent and 2 deputies have time to sit around and wait for you. did you call MBE and tell them you were coming? how would they know if you were going to pick it up that day or in a month? this story just don't sound right.

by the way, i called the DA for 2 reason. 1 is because i received 2 letters stating 2 court appearances, i forgot to mention it. so it was confusing, and the other is because i wanted to see what he would tell me. i did not mention anything, i simply asked what do you think might happen. i would not lie to anyone here, i can't afford it anyway.

nothing is wrong bro. the order was sezied here at customs in CA, coming from thailand. they opened it and saw it was 1594 thai anabol, so they figured the guy is big, so we'll bust him. they know the MBE address, left a slip in my box, i took it home, and came back the next day. i had somewhat an idea because the slip looked suspicious, but i have always had feelings when i pick up a package. this time it was real.

My experience is that I have been there before brother. You will be offered a plea bargain. If there is a Felony charge there, it might be that you were importing a controlled substance, but I'm not sure about that. They WILL OFFER YOU A PLEA based on your priors(none), and how serious of an offense they consider this to be(not too much so I'll bet). The plea will more than likely be "Posesssion" or something similar, and you MIGHT have to attend some classes where you will be sitting around with a bunch of junkies who will try to make you think that you have the same problems as they do. That also might require that you do occasional drug tests, but weather or not they will test for AAS is anyones guess. If this is a Federal charge brother, then your 1500 tabs of Dbol amounts to 15 doses based on the Federal standards for measuring doses for AAS-- 1 dose = 100 tabs, and 10cc = 1 dose. 15 doses would be the equivillent of being caught with say 15 tabs of Tylenol w/ Codeine(another CIII Susbstance). Does that sound like a Felony charge to you??? That's nothing bro. You'll be fine.

if there is a next time, and they catch me red-handed, of course they know it was for me, etc. my name is all over it. how can a lawyer proove otherwise? is this possible?

Bro, where have you been lately?? This shit happens all the time, and the frequency of them has been inceasing more & more post 9/11.

Now, I DOUBT that if Shawn would have let this package sit around for a week or so, that they would have waited THAT long, but Im gonna guess that he went and got it immediatly(or the next day), and it is quite common for them to wait at least that long.
