Anyone have any tips or suggestions for me. I am starting an 8 week cycle of EQ and sust and I want to gain mass. I want to be at around 210 3 months or so after I start it. Right now Im 180 and Ive been training for 4 years. I know the usual, heavy weights low reps, eat more meals a day, cut out cardio, but are there any other little tips or secrets anyone has to putting on serious mass?
