I want to put on 30 pounds in the next 3 months.

Anyone have any tips or suggestions for me. I am starting an 8 week cycle of EQ and sust and I want to gain mass. I want to be at around 210 3 months or so after I start it. Right now Im 180 and Ive been training for 4 years. I know the usual, heavy weights low reps, eat more meals a day, cut out cardio, but are there any other little tips or secrets anyone has to putting on serious mass?
 
Eat like you are 210 and then some. Lay around a lot and do as little as possible.

Personally I would say no

Fast twitch fibres grow the most and fastest, target them with heavy weights and explosive moves
 
My vote is definitely to focus on heavy, lower rep training, 5-6 reps, with some higher rep stuff at the end, 8-10 reps, and like the guys said, eat like it's going out of style
 
25-30 times bdywt in Cals.

Double Quarter punder w/cheese supersized with a coke = 1900 cals.
 
To gain 30lbs:
1)find a person who weighs roughly 220 and find what they use for poundages, I try fot the strongest guy in the gym.

2)Core lifts all the Hard excercies are a must do no skipping squats, deads or military press.

3) Eat everything and eat all the time...

4) sleep enough roughly 8-10 hours a day
 
10lbs a month? You guys sure are supportive to this guy. In all honestly, thats a task and a half. You better be doing everything they have mentioned along with some gear. And then MAYBE you'll make it.

As long as he follows the diets and training mentioned, he can do it. Also Jack, I would add D-bol for the first half of the cycle. Good luck

he did say he was going to use gear. I'm with thaibox, throw in dbol at the beginning, say 1st 4 weeks, you'll gain most of your weight right there
 
I don't want to discourage you, but I doubt its possible to gain 30 lbs in 3 months, unless you juice, or gain mostly fat. I would aim for 10 to 15 lbs, is there any reason you need to gain 30 lbs in just 3 months, what's the hurry?

Read his first post, he did say he is going to be using EQ and sust, which are steroids. It is possible to gain that much weight, my first cycle I gained 28lbs in 8 weeks, I only kept around 20lbs of mass but that at least shows that he has a chance of making the gains he wants

I've gained 9 in the past three weeks, and it's nearly much of a change in bodyfat. Eat clean, sleep well, and train intensely. It's a rather reasonable goal Jack. Just keep your head in the game.

i know some 220 lb'ers that are lightweights. weight has nothing to do with strength.
 
This has already beeen said but eat eat eat. Eat all you can and when you think you can't eat any more eat some more. 30 lbs is a lofty goal it can be done but yo must have everything in check. The biggest hurtle you will need to get over is going to be you. Your mind has the key to what every you want. If you belive you can do it you can just don't quit on yourself I would add the dbol and I think I would also add fina. Fina or deca Post your cycle on the anabolic board to have the guys fine tune it for you.

please use the whole comment, after that I said I try to model the guy who uses the most weight in the gym. Yes people vary greatly, I'll give you that. But in GENERAL a lifter who is 220 will lift more than a lifter at 180. By knowing what you have to shoot for helps you get the mental advantage of knowing how far you have to go, it is just a goal on where you can measure yourself...
 
Im going to post my stats from week to week. I dont think 30 lbs in three months is impossible. Im going to give it my all and ill keep everyone posted from start to finish.
