I think i pulled my hamstring.....

I'm impressed by your leg work out, thats impressive, seeing as at my gym the squat rack is always open,
U deadlift, fuckin a, that is absolutely awesome, now I feel worse cause I haven't in years
as far as injury goes, this will suck cause, hams take forever to heal.
How long is your cycle? Don't worry about insomnia that will go away in two weeks... lol

I know u don't take anything, I was just being dumb...
great workout, though, kills my legs I only do squats and thats it.
None of my business, but did U ever date that guy from the gym, my take was initially yes, but after u said he dogged on his ex, it went to no, any type of dissing or belittling an ex to someone you aren't even with is just not a good sign... but thats my feeble take, I probably was way wrong, I hope whatever decision u made, it worked out for your benefit.

Today was leg day. I was mentally and physically prepared to have a kick ass work out. Started off with:
4x leg extensions
4x front squats
3x regular squats
I still had a lot of energy left so I decided to go heavy on deads, I did one set. I was gonna incorporate some walking lunges in between sets. Next thing you know I couldn't bring myself up :worried:. The pain was unbearable so I had to stop. This freakin sucks big time. :worried::doc:

What should I do???

i have strong hands (i can close the 300's) and i give an excellent massage. . .
 
U may be able to cardio in 10 to 12 days, like elliptical, but it will take atleast 3-5 weeks before u even think bout deadlifting, and that is pretty premature, I pulled a ham 3 years ago just playing some intramural flag football, and yeah it took a while before it got back to normal...

Yoga would be perfect...
especially ideal to combat sort of a possible down feeling that may occur from lack of cardio and working out... due to lack of daily endorphin rush...
no expert, but that seems perfect.

Let it heal! Trust me its the kinda of thing that can stick with you a long, long time if you don't leave it alone and let it heal. I had a pulled hamstring for a whole damn year one time, don't be a hard ass, give it time. Start back slow and easy with it and progress from their, but only when the pain is totally gone.
