Today was leg day. I was mentally and physically prepared to have a kick ass work out. Started off with:
4x leg extensions
4x front squats
3x regular squats
I still had a lot of energy left so I decided to go heavy on deads, I did one set. I was gonna incorporate some walking lunges in between sets. Next thing you know I couldn't bring myself up
. The pain was unbearable so I had to stop. This freakin sucks big time. 

What should I do???
