I need to LOOSE muscle, I'm too big

Why don't you retitle your thread: "Help me look like a fag quick."

You have spent too much time becoming fit. Why would you want to meet these unhealthy (even by AMA BMI charts) and effeminate standards? You could have just done drugs and taken it up the ass every day and never started to be healthy in the first place. Seriously, why would you even consider this? Why not just ask, "How can I be dumber?" "How can I have less money?" "How can I have less personal integrity?" Well, answers like dont think, throw your money away, and don't exercise any personal responsibility respectively come to mind. . . The only logical explanation to this question is that possible you're just fat, one of those guys who "bulks" but has no definition. If you really have the stats and physique you say, then these people are crazy and you really ought to run the other way before you expose yourself to an irreversible toxicity.

Fuck you cum quat. People train for different reasons. You say "I'm just fat, I bulk and have no definition." I'm 9% with visible abs.

You may not like that particular "model" look (Hell I don't even like it), but that's your choice. ---I'm gonna get paid big to look like that. So you go ahead and train for your health. I'll continue to train so I can make money.
 
Going back to my original post. I think I can get away with leaving my upperbody the way that it is. But, I'm definately gonna need to loose some size in the legs. Genetically, the guys in my family have large defined legs/calfs.

I still wanna keep the legs shredded, but maybe loose a bit of size in the hams and glutes.

Should I stop training my legs completely? I'm talking about possible cutting out legs from my weight lifting rotation. Or should I just use lighter weights on my leg days.

*side note I am doing 2, 45 min cardio sessions daily....hence my legs are getting a lot of training anyway.

I would cut out legs completely dude.

Also, once you're a big time model, will you be my friend, since I am giving you advice, and defended you against the size freaks?
 
lol at this thread.............dude, you know how to lose muscle, why embarrass yourself by posting it on a thread...........reduce protein, reduce cals, up the cardio, hit the weights 3x week max...........don't let me see your ass in one of those queer ass catalogs selling thongs that I (for some reason) keep getting...........
