THATS because you are a cardio bunny...lol...kidding...you just have different goals than most on these boards..........I'm far more impressed with someone benching 2x their body weight, squating 2.5 times, and running around a 6 min. mile.............balance of strength and physical condition.....I'm not as impressed with the skinny, athletic, lean physique than I am with the solid, LARGE, proportionate body image......Arnold for example...........he had a great physique and was also known to run 2-3 miles a day on the beach..........Synpax said:Do some homework on T3 and start doing endurance training/races with the same determination you bring to weight training. It's actually much harder - and a bigger challenge. I'm far more impressed by someone running a marathon in 3:30 than benching their body weight (body weight is easy).
Start setting different PRs - in the mile, 3 mile/5k, 6 mile/10k, half marathon, marathon, or duathlon/triathlons.
This way getting down to an ideal weight will be done in a way that is not only fun and challenging, but will actually make you a healthier and live longer.
