A friend of mine wanted to have someone killed in Angola prison. She made the correct connections to a proper referral and asked about the price. The conversation went like this:

She "How much will this cost?"

He "Is he white or black?"

He "500 bucks."

She "What if he was white?"

He "It'd be 5,000."

She "What's the difference?"
