I need chest thickness

Alrite guys, if you haven't seen my pics yet they're in the members section... the common deduction is that i need chest thickness... It has been coming slowly but it needs a kick start. I think with some tweaking i can make a difference...

These are the exercises im using:
not all on the same day but mixed up into two different days

Flat Bench: 230 for reps
Incline: 225
Dips:
Cable flies: 110 on each side
incline dumbell flies: 60's

all are done with STRICT form and a 4-6 second negative.

I think it could be as simple as moving my hands in a little on the bench movements to target the chest more and less of the shoulders.

sound off.... thanks

why no declines?

Also, for dips, try leaning forward when you do them. Dips work both your tris and chest and leaning forward shifts the work ratio to your lower chest.

I think your routine looks fine. Progressive resistance, diet, rest, and time.

I think it looks fine too. Anybody can be ridiculous and sit here and pick it apart up and down and ask for specifics, but the bottom line is as long as your form is good and you are training consistently and intelligently in the gym and eating that way out of it, there is no reason why you shouldn't progress with a routine like that. Give it some time, experiment a little, and remember, everyone has their weak points as well as their strong points.

It is like when Flex takes a guy who happens to have been born with high pecs, and writes some BS article on how he trains when failing to menion the fact that maybe he has a high chest despite how he trains, not because of how he trains.

I would ditch the flyes and crossovers because they don't really do much for your chest yet can easily injure your shoulders over time. If you have a low number or sets your routine is fine and diet would be the deciding factor.

I fought similar problems with my chest for a long time. What worked for me was to switch things up a bit:

dumbbell incline press
barbell flat bench
dips
pullovers

Making inclines my priority really jump started the growth, and dumbbells really isolate each side. The barbell flat bench completely wipes out what is left of my chest, which makes the dips incredibly difficult. The pullovers have really helped to expand my ribcage, which gives my chest a much thicker look.
