I need an EF gimmick...

ATW has the cat pics/captions.

they're both the unofficial kings of EF comedy

animals seem to own everybody

if pick3 had an animal to go with his mo jokes he might actually be funny (aside from his parody threads)

You don't need a gimmick. You are the man as it is.

I didn't plan on the cat pics. I just spammed someone in a thread to piss them off. It pissed off a lot of people so I kepts spamming. I figured I get band. But, then most people started to like them.lol

that one had me laughing for days, back during the beginning of your rise to the EF hall of fame.

can't find it. KB made a thread about it long ago

I forget where I got it from. I didn't make it. (too much work) But, I would like to meet the guy that did.lol

LOL, that loan is actually harder than i thought. I've been busting my ass on it. trying to find every which way to get her the lowest rate.

ended up being an EA-1 at 90% ltv :O
still works out as a good loan for her for alot of reasons, but i was hoping to do better on the rate. not only that though, but her county is a declining market which means 5% ltv reduction. i had to find a bank that lets the appraiser dictate what's a declining market and what's not. Some banks are using their on list, and that overrides any appraisal or DU/LP findings.

tried using just douchebag, and both of them etc. playing with assets, and income.same thing everytime


condo is NOT fha approved.

it's basically done. meeting with her tomorrow
