I squat press 445 and that seems to keep the legs looking good. I love free weight squats for the ass...keeps it nice and tight and high :qt:

It has to do with more then just the poundages. Squats work the way they do because of the CNS stress they impose on the body, this in turn stimulates an adaptive response to a much higher degree then any leg press movement. I'm sure you already know though.

I did squats today. I did 6 sets and it was wonderful.

I also did

Leg presses, calf raises, leg curls and lunges.

Wimpy little girlie man.
