Just got back from my shoulder workout now:

Seated side raises (pre exhaust)
Db shoulder presses
Singelarm cable side raises
Rear delt machine
Db shrugs

Lying leg raises

20 minutes cardio
 
Move the DB shoulder press to being your first exercise.

Why two types of side raises?

Think about adding upright rows to this mix too. Actually just do it.
 
I do seated side raises as a pre exhaust this time around.
Never done pre exhaust exercises on shoulders before, and it was needed.
As to why i do two side raises is because im tall, and i need to put some sweetness to the outer head or else i wont look right.

Upright rows is not an exercise that i do since it tends to make my shoulderjoint scream in agony.

But i appriciate the pointers.

Oh yeah and i got a elbow injury that prevents me from doing heavy pressing movments they way i want. so by doing pre exhaust i can still lift to failure on it, but the weights will be lower.
 
Sorry to hear about the elbow injury.

You doing anything to rehab that puppy.
 
The only time I squat is to take a dump

Ouch man! Keep up the therapy... I know its sucks but it will get better.
