I do seated side raises as a pre exhaust this time around.
Never done pre exhaust exercises on shoulders before, and it was needed.
As to why i do two side raises is because im tall, and i need to put some sweetness to the outer head or else i wont look right.
Upright rows is not an exercise that i do since it tends to make my shoulderjoint scream in agony.
But i appriciate the pointers.
Oh yeah and i got a elbow injury that prevents me from doing heavy pressing movments they way i want. so by doing pre exhaust i can still lift to failure on it, but the weights will be lower.
