The only thing that sucks is that when you are doing as many plates as the leg press rack can hold (900lbs) and getting aggrevated because its not enough weight anymore. I do that after I've done my squat workout and it's kinda disappointing.
Wish everyone would say "When you can push 1,000+ on legpress you are rocking thangs."
legs are fun to work at. hmmm, actually my favourite part of workout is legs. I like how i feel strong and jumpy the next day and stronger and so on. I don't weight drastically much (approx. 160 lb) so strong legs are fun. Especailly when u are on a getaway from a bunch of little kids trying scratch and wrestle your ass off. Last time one em tought i was spiderman. cuz i was jumping over the park benchs and little trees. heh. legs *thumbs up*
