Yes, 5 pumps of the Dermacrine Sustain for PCT - post cycle therapy - would be all you need, especially if you’re doing the on-cycle HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - shots.

There is no need for the on cycle Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - . If gynecomastia is a problem for you, then you will get warning way before it sets in. If you start getting itchy and sensitive nipples then jump on the Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - , otherwise stay off it. (I doubt you will have any kind of problem on that low of dose)

Thanks for the reply i appreciate it very much i want to get the the info before i cross over to the dark side. Yes that will be my first cycle 250mgs of sustanon ew for ten wks. Ok now is the HCG a must for that low dose for my first cycle. And would i start the Dermacrine Sustain 3 or 4 weeks after the last shot? Sorry if i am asking to much but you know the more questions the better i guess i just want to have all the knowledge possible and everyone on this board has done everything to help me out with those questions thank you to everyone who has helped me

You would start the hCG 2 weeks into the cycle and quit it 1 week before your last Sust shot.

IMO you should cut the cycle length down and increase the dose to at least 400mg/week. Just to make it more worth your time.

You would start the Sustain 2 weeks after your last Sust shot.

I think i should of started my own thread sorry for barging (sp) in on this thread. So shorten the cycle to what 8 wks @ 400 mgs ew. i didnt want it to be to obvious that i was on cycle so a ten to 15 lb increase would be just fine with me and i think @ 250 mgs ew for ten wks would give me that at least i think i mean that is what i have heard so far. But we will see oh so with the HCG i would shoot 500 ui ew or what dose should i use for that thanks again for the help.....

If you want to keep it simple then 500iu EW on hCG is fine, but I think 250iu 2x a week is best to avoid excessive estrogen creation from the hCG.
