whoa there mr. cooper, alot worse things could happen if the pentagon didn't have that budget like perhaps a chem bio attack that would kill alot more little children. or what about all the children that would have been killed by the formerly represive iraqi regime, seeing as how our army aided by the british liberated it, thanks to that very budget now they won't die.

I understand that, I should have specified my comment, if people would focus on life and not hate and death then things would be immeasurably better. I also know war brings advances in medicine but if we didn't have war to worry about in peace it would be that much better.

i agree peace is better than war, but sometimes war is the only means by which peace may be attained.
