Holy long post. After nine days without a computer I must be making up for lost time lol.

wowza.. i wanna be ur new pal ur smokin girl ... and to answer the thread i work 12 hours on friday + gym time, 12 hours today but i slept mostly in my truck + easy cardio, working 12 hours tomorrow + gym time again

Coffee was good, Now I'm sitting here on the couch at my mom's. I've jacked her laptop to see what's what on here and my little niece is using my leg a pillow. She's so awesome and adorable when she sleeps.

Friday I hit up an Ethiopian restaurant for the first time. So good. Then I went to the Chihuly art exhibit in town.

The food itself is good but not remarkable to me as far as ethnic styles go...too heavy. Lots of starch and sauced up meat. But I get a real kick out of the eat with your hands aspect and used to go to an ethiopian place down the road from me once every couple of months when I lived in DC.

Definitely. It definitely was good but not my favorite ethnic food. Good thing I went with someone who'd been before, I wouldve waited for a fork forever. Lol it was definitely fun to eat non-finger food with my fingers though.

He's in NY...I gave my mom a hug for both of them but mostly just because I missed her. She's down by me for the summer helping my sister look after the kids. I had a good phone chat with dad too, and he's excited for his father's day present he will get once he comes down here in August. I'll be glad when he retires and they can both just move down here and be around when I want or need them.

What did you think of the "bread?"

I used to have texture issues with spongy stuff like that (mushrooms, scallops, etc), but I've all but gotten over it. I know it basically serves as edible flatware lol, but I'd still probably enjoy the cuisine more as a whole if it wasn't quite so mushy.
