I Have Hit Rock Bottom And Look Pathetic

RESURRECTIONTIME

New member
I just turned 40yrs old. I weighed in this morning at 303lbs. I am 6'2" and used to lift with great frequency and have good shape. THIS IS ALL MY DOING. I have created this and allowed this to happen. I believe my bodyfat percentage to be somewhere in the 29-30% range. I have stopped living since my divorce in 1999. I have gone from 232 lbs and ripped to what I saw in the mirror this morning. I have started a new program so many fucking times to just give way to the ease of not trying. I AM AT A CROSSROADS. My goals run in my head continually. I long to be 230 lbs with 18" or bigger arms again that have no fat on them. I am asking this of the board.....does inputting 500-800 mg wk Cypionate solo equate to enough in conjunction with a logical decision to right my diet or at least better it along to the goal and stimulus training for the first time in 14 months....and by enough i am looking to increase my bmr with the test and other habit changes. at my age, what kind of bmr lift would that test input mg wise help. i do not have a strong budget but i have finally mustered up enough from looking in the mirror to resurrect. hopefully i can maintain my present attitude. but some input about other products to add to that test to help the bmr to fast track fat loss to be as efficient as possible. don't make fun and please don't just say get on a cycle as i am already beat senseless with that notion and am on board with that

you may not like what I'm going to say, but to bad. :) I am somewhat in the same spot because of a back injury that I have tried numerous ways to heal to avoid the continual weight gain. I have tried to use gear to help and it has not and I have realized it will not. I'm not going to tell you to get on a cycle and infact, I'm going to say to stay away from gear completly until you get some diet and workout routine changes set in stone. I say that to myself as well, gear won't do anything but mask a underlying problem in both our cases I think. WHat I say to you I say to me and we both need to get our diets and routines in order NOW and forget gear for awhile. We reach our bottom level and then work up and gear will move us sideways in my humble opinion.

At the risk of sounding like a goofball here, might some psychological counseling be in order here? Seems like since your divorce there are "issues" to be resolved that are causing stress eating or other stuff that is affecting your body. Just a random thought.

Regardless good luck man.

now is not the time for gear.you need to get your diet and exercise program up to speed first and lose weight that way.sure thats not what you wanted to hear but its the truth.

Yeah bro look up Pintoca's fat loss guide. He has it all laid out really well and has some good calculators in there. I would tell you to stay away from the sauce right now too, until you have gotten back into a good workout regimine and your diet has been developed. But to answer you question, 400 mg Cyp a week is ample to put on some muscle mass. You need to deal with your psychological issues as well. Divorce can be very hard on a man. A lot of people do not realize this. We are supposed to be all macho and stuff, and are supposed to shut our feelings in. It needs to be dealt with so that you can move on. Good luck man with acheiving your goals.

Most say don’t do any gear until you drop 50 or 75 lbs.

I think the gear would be better than Prozac to help motivate you.

On the other hand Prozac is pretty good in situations like yours, better than drugs or booze.

I take Prozac since my divorce.

Oh yeah your not anywhere near rock bottom and 14 months off is about what I took off from the gym also, not that bad, get back there.

Your receptors are virgin, can you imagine how you will feel two weeks into this

You obviously know what to do, diet, cardio, training gear,

So good Luck.

one thing the test might do besides the anabolic boost ifsprovide you with a mental sense of responsibility to keep working on yourself. I know when I'm on I feel guilty if I don't stay focused, like I'm wasting time and money. Not to mention the test feeling, that alone way help you more than a pharmaceutical.

The cycle will give you an emotional roller coaster ride. You ready for that?

Why not go for super physical and mental health? Get the divorce and all lthat baggage behind you.

You know how to workout. You know how to diet. Get a counselor to visit twice a week and pour your story out to him/her. I've taken a trip on the couch and it works. Write out a reasonable routine and a liveable diet.

Get a blood test and a physical. At your age you might be picking up some estrogen gain and testo loss. That really makes a guy feel defeated.

Time to be good to yourself.

me too your not alone, fukking injury has me completely out of the cock sucking gym going on 2 years and gettin fat. fucking doctors cant find anything wrong tho

i feel your pain

A lot of bros on here believe in going as far as you can naturally before using gear...well thats not me. BUT I am a believer in proving to yourself that you are serious before getting on any gear.

1 month of: oatmeal, chicken, steak, fish THATS IT

you do that, and you'll know you have the dedication necessary to get back on full force. then id run ephedrine for a few months and keep dieting hard, then worry about getting on any test.
