so i've been eating salad and crap all day. only sipping water when really thirsty. im fairly confident i'll make the 242 class. if not it'll just be borderline. nothing spitting in a cup wont solve lol

the world record bench for the IPA 14-15 y/o 242 class is only 315 so i'll open with 320. then i will probably go 375 and then 405. if they give me a 4th attempt i'll go w/ 420

if i dont break 400 at this meet, i'll never post here again. hold me to it guys
