i had a great chest workout today

it's been a long time since i felt giddy about a workout

but my strength on flyes has been crazy lately

final set was 70lb dummbells x 6

siiiick!!!

chest has always been my weakest now it's getting nice and developed yipeee

oh yea and my calves have been growing like weeds

there it is. my two weakest parts are getting there

Do you have shoulder problems or something prior? With your size you should be doing like 110s or more, your my hero.!~

those flys are frigging hard. haven't done them in while. girl at my gym does them with 25 pounders! and finishes with little pulses. she suggested this to me and you pulse for like 10 bring it back up, then down again and pulse for another 10 count and so on. only when i did them i used a much lighter weight, was still freakin heavy though, and oooooh i def. felt the burn!:p

just slow, concentrated movements using 80% of the rep range to bring that blood to nothing but my chest

Those dumbbells were the ultimate chiropractor though, once I leaned back and hit that bench with those in my hands... POP! All the way up my spine. Felt soooooooo good!
