it's been a long time since i felt giddy about a workout
but my strength on flyes has been crazy lately
final set was 70lb dummbells x 6
siiiick!!!
chest has always been my weakest now it's getting nice and developed yipeee
oh yea and my calves have been growing like weeds
there it is. my two weakest parts are getting there
