I decided to go do cardio a minimum 4 days, at 5:30 AM. I am at work at 7:30 am so thats why its so early. Since having shoulder surgery Ive gotten a little soft and the doc wont let me do full workouts, but i can do full cardio. I doing 3.5 miles to start, gradually working up speed until Im at 6.0 on the treadmill. The whole distance takes 45 minutes. The treadmill says 450 calories burned but probably not accurate, i dont care. I will get to 4 miles then hold steady and consistently to see what happens bodyfat wise. Diet is altered accordingly, of course. Who else does early morning cardio?
