I can't get pissed enough in the gym anymore, are steroids the answer?

Well, testosterone gives me a very nice, smooth, clean motivation and energy. But that's only when I run Test alone, and at a decent dose. When I run D-bol, T-bol, or Tren along with Test, I tend to feel lethargic. But that's just ME. Perhaps I've run them at too high a dosage (50mg D-bol,80mg T-bol, 100mg Tren daily, not all at once) It varies from person to person. Whatever I'm running it tends to make me irritable, especially Tren, I get angry over the smallest things. When i work out that attitude really helps me out. I take my anger out on the weights like crazy. Test is is your best shot IF you're going to run a first cycle, just to see how you react and if you like it. 500mg-750mg of Test a week is good for a first cycle.
Tell us your stats. Age, height, weight, how long you've been training, etc.

Nobody needs this much test for a first cycle. IMO

i thought that title would get people to click

but seriously, I want to know: Do you feel less lethargic (ie more hardcore) in the weight room on cycle vs off?
Getting good work out is a lot more then just the juice. Ya being on cycle can give you a great feeling all around. Knowing that you are growing with every work out is always a plus two.

Eating right, getting some good sleep, taking the right sups, and a lot more can give you great work outs as well.

It really shows, too- props. Just another example of the importance of good nutritional program. I hope reading this helps any of the the newbs who look to gear as a shortcut...it's about diet & nutrition, hard work, good form, and consistency.

I think this needs to be emphasised, and I meant to say it in my first post.

I see so many lads in the gym that train like my nan.

They go through the motions, almost like counting off their sets of 10, but no or minimal effort is made.

When I am training, it is grunt/sweat/tears at times.I pull faces. I make very un-ladylike noises.

It really, really, really hurts at times, and there are times after training I am absolutely shattered, I eat and go straight to bed or take a nap.

Most of the time when I lift the weight off, the first thing that runs through my head is "FRACK ME, that is heavy, there is no way I can do that", then I do.

My heart rate is up to 160 bpm for some exercises.

There are measures if your training is adequate, how many times your own weight you can bench, squat, deadlift...................................

I am natural.

Right now my only supps are:

whey protein
vitamin C
vitamin E
Multi vit and minerals
Calcium, zinc, magnesium supp
B6
Lecithin
Kelp
Apple cider vinegar

Occasionally

Collagen
Glucosamine and chondroitin
MSM
Odorless garlic
Glutamine

I also really like creatine.

I eat A LOT of different foods, not just one carb, protein or fat source. By this I also mean, beans, pulses, seeds, nuts, whole grains, tofu and soya.

I eat what comes into season as it is available.

I eat LOADS of veggies. Right now I really really want spagetti squash.
