I know quite a few babys that still sleep in bed with mom and dad. But, I think that's so mom has an excuse not to have sex.

But, I agree. Devin is going to be a sissy boy if she doesn't cut the cord.

I had raised the issue in earlier threads about my concern for her raising a boy as a single mother; They all end up as momma's boys wanting to cuddle with mom in their teens.

I dated a girl briefly that would let the kid sleep in her bed. HE WAS 6 YEARS OLD! She said she let it go on too long and couldn't break him of the habit.

yeah I went out with a girl who 5yr old still slept with her. (had a 3 yr old that didn't though??) She admitted she did it because she didn't want to have sex with her ex. But, she also said she couldn't break her of the habit.

But, she thought I was a dick for telling her just to put her in bed and let her cry until she falls asleep.

Yes, you can spot a kid raised without a strong male influence a mile away. This is part of the Pussification of America.

Yeah. It would take a strong guy to go up against Heather about her little Devin.

A guy at the gym told me he was getting a divorce tonight. (I begged him not to marry her) The number one reason for the divorce is she will not discipline her kids or let him. Her kids are always in trouble and never listen. His kids do listen. (I see it at the gym)

He is pretty beat down. He works 70-80hrs a week to pay for her kids. But, he takes it like a bitch and can't punish her kids.

Women are the worst when it comes to discipline.; They relegate bad cop to the husband but when he isn't involved anymore.The worst situation to be in as a man is the one of "step father."

I got together with my group of friends last week and had some drinks, one of my friends is a successful executive in his mid 40's that married a hot 28 year old. She quit her job a few months ago because her boss "made her mad" and has been gainfully unemployed for the last three months...I told him so....

I like HR and I know it's hard being a single mom but my advice stands. ATW can verify my expertise in dating single moms and give you my references. They (single moms) need to resist some of their their maternal instincts.

Umm. Did you read the post where she mentioned that her guy punched her in the face and was physical with her? I don't blame her for leaving.

Smart women don't get into a relationship, stay in a relationship and have unprotected sex with men that do that in the first place
