I Can't Fuckin Sleep!!!!

WTF?? Every night at like 3am, I get up to take a piss, and cannot fall back to sleep? I
am currently only on 30mg of Anavar a day, so I don't think this has anything to do with it.
This shit is pissin me off!! When your tired at the gym, your workout's SUCK!! Anybody else
have this problem???

same thing here bro and i take resterol , ambien and vailums . resterol one night ambien the other , vailums everynight ...doesn't seem to work .

Damn! Ya know what I'm going through. I tried taken Benadryl before bed but it didn't help. My dad takes
ambien but if your saying it won't help, why take extra drugs. You just can't get into PSYCHO GYM MODE
when you feel half drunk from not sleepin. This shit sux BIG TIME!!

try some of posp ambien it does work , hell i've been on sleep meds for 3-4 years . i've had a sleeping disorter for along time i can't fall asleep , when i do i'm up every 10 minutes . 10 mg of ambien get me at about 6-7 hours and the resterol at 40mg get me the same . some days i get 8-9 but very rarely .

Shit if I could get 6 or 7 hours, I would be one happy mf! Presently at between 4 and 5 hours, and
walk around feeling like shit most of the time. My friends rag on me because I don't want to go out
because it will fuk up my training. Well, I did go out Saturday night. Got home at 3am and was up
at 6am! Going out is a fuckin waste of time. I would rather go to sleep early (or at least try) with the
hopes of having a good night sleep and a better training day.

i hear ya bro , i run the ceiling fan and have a big loud fan also in the room ( the ol' lady calls it mach 1 ) i can't sleep w/out them it helps relax me .

ok..this is going to gross you out but it worked for me and I was told to do it by the owner at my gym (pro when he was younger)

Get a BIG cup... and instead of going to the bathroom just stand up and do it in the cup. I thought he was shitting me at first but since I was having a lot of trouble sleeping from having to go to the bathroom 3 times a night I gave it a try. worked for me... your brain doesn't really have time to wake up. Amazingly, my mother tried to get me to use valium to sleep but I didn't think I needed any more drugs in my system.

No joke man, give it a try... unless of course you live with your girlfriend or wife or something... I don't imagine they would like the sound of urine 3 feet away from them throughout the night hehehe

I just called my Doc to get some Ambien. I'll give it a try. I dunno about peeing in the cup though. In some
bizare way, it kinda makes sense though. The problem is when you take your protien shake before bed,
your almost Gauranteed to get up to piss! I can't NOT take a shake before bed. I'll try the ambien. I just
don't want to get hooked. Then I won't be able to sleep without them!!
