I can't believe its not butter ...Spray!

I am on a pre comp diet and i found this stuff called "I can't believe its not butter...spray." have any of you guys seen this stuff? Is is ok pre comp. Up until like four weeks out or something. the only thing in it is 15 mg of sodium. Let me know what you think! Thanks
