That's not a bad lift at all man. Not at all. I've barely got you beat, if at all. What do you weigh? I can do like 405 for 6 or so at 188 and I was happy with that since I haven't trained for strength in a while. I weighed in a bit heavier today though wtf?

The lifts seem completely fucking effortless. Why can that happen with my chest?
