try drinking a full glass of water after each cup of coffee during the healing stage.....cuts down on the acid build up in your system.

that quoted price is dirt cheap......about half what it would cost you here in nawlinz.

yeah, the price had me kinda shocked, so i had to ask if it was with or without jewlery. i guess for that price i won't get the happy endings.

i will definetly bump up the water intake.
