when you go off gear you have to choices:
1) you can eat just like you ate when you were on and you will maintain most of your gains but you will also gain some fat and be bloated looking (big, but very unatractive)
2) you can eat like you ate on gear for a few weeks while you use the clomids, then reduce you calories. here your loses will be greater but you will lean out and clean out you system of all the toxins, and end up looking better, not as big as with option #1 but much better looking.
now i always choose option #2, besides once you jump back on gear you will gain what once was there in no time.
