I call bullshit on keeping gains after a cycle!

I have had to bail a few times due to injury but I have gained 60-70 pounds of muscle since my first cycle 18 years ago. If I didn't have to start over twice that would easily be 100-140 pounds. There is no reason you can't average 7-10 pounds a years. Your first year will be the biggest because you are smaller and have more room to grow. But after that you can keep growing without sliding back. You just haven't been doing it long enough to know that. or to know how.

I also think that more myself, I have certain, clearly defined goals that I want to achieve and after that I will just be focused on maintenance and good health- but then I'm a diabetic freak :D

ok seriously i have always kept some of my gains after a cycle and expect to keep more if i can stay healthy:angel:

You can go off for a while and lose a lot of size, but isnt it amazing how fast you pop right back up to that cycle weight, like your body remembers, once your back on?

I gain an average of 6 pound a year from cycles.. The longest I was off was 3 years. I dropped a lot of weight
but slowly it crept back up to cycle weight, just never looked as good. Unfortunately you'll never maintain that favorable lean body mass ratio without gear.

If something gets you there, how can you expect to stay there without it?

I have gained a few over the course of two years. I have had some injuries and made a few cycle mistakes...but all in all i have maintained most of my gains...I am looking to take it to the next level though...I want to not only win in Sept and compete the following year at nationals, I want to be competive at nationals....;)

I think we are all over looking something....... How about the cutting cycles??? Everytime we cut, even if we are using roids, we are losing weight but at the same time we may be losing muscle as well. I think that is a huge contributor on why we don't gain a solid 150lbs. or whatever it was.

I would say the more muscle mass you achieve the more juice you'll need just to support this mass so that gains can be increased each time but your juice has to be increased too

I feel great about my cycle

okay I didnt lose any weight after I dropped my anadrol from my cycle I had no signs of puffyness I feel hard and full I gained 23 pounds so far on my cycle I hope much isnt water But I loaded creatine the last week of my anadrol at 10 grams 5x a day now im at 5 grams 3 times a day.
