My last cycle I went from 235 to 260. It was a 16 week cycle and I used only fast acting gear (props, phenylprops, no esters, etc)...been 12 weeks since I've been off, and I'm only down to 250. So a solid 20 pounds isn't too bad, considering that I've been out of the gym for three weeks with a fuzzy ankle. Next cycle just around the corner, and I only hope to gain about 5 to 10 solid...so my opinion is that gains can be kept after a cycle, just depends what you use, how much you use, and how you treat your body after your cycle is over.
