It's fugging 11am and I've already had:

oatmeal
tuna w/ celery, tomatoes, flax oil
2 scoops whey
banana

Yet I am STARVING.

Fat fucking fuck.
 
You should have ate that meal atleast 1 more time by now. Every 2 to 3 hours pussy.

Sunday I am going to make some new burgers. Experiment with some recipes and ish.

I found this awesome local dry rub at the farmers market. I've been using it with fresh garlic and hot sauce to make the burgers and topping them with grilled bermuda onions and tomato paste.

Amazing.

Works with turkey burgers too.

Someone says they are starving....So, I suggest eating more meals.(by busting your balls)


Also, you realize how stupid you are going to look when you or anybody else can't produce me saying anything close to there is "Only one correct" way to eat.

i didnt wake up till 11 but iv eaten

1.5 cups regular cheerios with skim milk, and an anpb sandwhich, and a scoop of whey

4-5oz of beef on a 20g whole wheat tortilla

now im eating a turkey burger with some eggs mixed in

i still feel like im not eating enough and losing mass since iv been here :(

Dood, I was going to get a sangweech at that place in Federal Hill? Heights? I forget. I was too full from eating everywhere I could up and down that street. I liked Providence. I wouldn't mind spending a week in Newport doing nothing and eating at Vendi? Ravioli every night.

Roma Deli. The best deli on earth.

I took my buddy from Long Island to RI to see my hood a while ago. In 6 hours we had lunch at Roma, coffee and dessert at Jessie's, pizza at Caserta's and dinner at Constantino's. :p

rabbit? I eat pretty well all day. I gave you what I ate before 11am for fuck's sake.
 
Fuk dood. Providence reminded me of South Philly, only condensed into a short street. I really liked it.

On a completely related note, I'm eating a huge, greasy thing box dealio of pork lo mein in about a half cup of siracha. Lava is going to flow out of my dump cake in T minus 45 minutes.

You can make chicken or turkey chili and it'll last you for a while. The beans are good carbs, loaded with fiber. I make a chicken chili that has little to no fat per serving and it's easy to make.

High protein and high fiber should stop you from feeling hungrey

Check "the fullness factor"


It is whole grain. And I get quite a bit of fiber daily.

Maybe I'm just a growing (27yo) boy.
