Yeasterday my wrist was feeling better so I started to workout shit was going alright. I was pissed because of how weak I had gotten doing curls so I pushed myself a little to hard.
I was doing 45lb standing curls in each arm for 12reps On my second set felt like my wrist could handle more. Fuck now I have been eating asprin all day trying to kill the pain 8th rep at 50 PAIN like a mother fucker. Now I have set myself back by being impatient. This sucks.
