hydroxycitric acid and it's effects on ketosis ????

I am taking a fat burner with this ingrediant in it and I was wodering if this would totally throw off my diet. Mr x said "it seemed to reliably interrupt ketosis". So I was wondering how much of an impact it would really have. Thanks.

Citric acid will intterupt ketosis. I don't know about hydroxycitric acid (aka citrimax).
